On the 22nd of February, I mistakenly withdrew [redacted] euros to my Binance Visa card, which cannot accept payments. The money seems to be missing, and I am trying to trace its whereabouts. I reached out to the betting site, and they mentioned that they sent the money, suggesting I inquire with you for further assistance.

Today, I bought three $20.00 Visa Gift cards for Father's Day and was shocked to find out that each card had a $5.95 activation fee. I believe this fee is too high. The cards couldn't be returned once activated, and the activation fee details were in very small print that even the clerk helping me couldn't see without a magnifying glass. This information should be clearly visible to customers to avoid taking advantage of them. I've been a loyal Visa Credit cardholder with substantial monthly spending, but I am now contemplating canceling my card due to the hidden fees involved in purchasing a gift card. I used my Visa credit card for this transaction and am requesting a refund of the total excessive fees of $17.85. - E.N.

I would like to discuss an issue I recently experienced. I signed up for a free trial of anti-aging cream and was charged an amount on my account that was not authorized. Even after the initial transaction was denied, they managed to take $44 from my account. I have attempted to contact the company without success as the individuals I spoke to were difficult to understand due to language barriers. I am a longstanding Amazon Prime Chase Card Service Credit cardholder. Recently, my wife accidentally submitted a check for the minimum payment instead of the full amount, a departure from our usual practice of paying in full. Despite our consistent payment history, Customer Service representatives, Rose and Ron, were unhelpful and unsympathetic. We were charged $50.47 due to a "Trailing Fee," which is a significant burden on our fixed income as retirees. I need to file a claim to replace two cell phones that were destroyed in a car accident. I have the credit card statement showing it's set up for autopay, the T-Mobile statement indicating it's set up with my Visa, and the Service Order receipt from Best Buy Geek Squad confirming the phones are not repairable. I noticed that $20,[redacted] was withdrawn from my account, suspecting fraud initially. After it was determined not to be fraud, the money was returned to the merchant, who was unable to accept it due to an ongoing fraud investigation. Chase Bank informed me that Visa is currently holding the money and has not yet returned it to the issuer. This situation is worrisome as I have been accruing interest on this amount for several months. Despite months of discussions with Chase, the issue remains unresolved. I have been a loyal Visa customer for many years, and this situation is frustrating. I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly. Thank you.

I purchased a Visa gift card from Target between December [redacted] and January [redacted]. Initially, the card worked well for a few transactions, but in March [redacted], it was declined. Upon checking, the balance was above $10, yet the issue seemed to be a hold on the card. Unfortunately, attempts to contact Visa Gift Card Customer Service resulted in long wait times exceeding 30 minutes, leading to frustration and no resolution with a live representative.

I encountered an issue on the Steam game app while trying to make a purchase. I received a notification saying my credit card information was declined by my provider. It mentioned that sometimes a hold can be placed on funds without a charge being made. I need to update the information and try the purchase again. The company is engaging in promoting political propaganda that I do not agree with through this platform. Is the UN making decisions about the company's visa policies? Why is a financial institution endorsing and benefiting from political propaganda? Why should any reasonable American support a company that appears to be controlled by UN individuals promoting their fixation with sexuality, (and what relevance does sexuality have to a financial company anyway?) to all customers without their permission?
I require this situation to be addressed by visa discontinuing their propaganda campaign and sticking to being non-political, in other words, remaining focused on their business operations from now on. Visa can either comply with this or face financial difficulties. Both outcomes are acceptable to me.
