My parents' FIOS line was damaged by a tree, leaving it physically split and hanging on their property. I have been unable to reach Verizon to report the issue despite trying online chat and calling [redacted]-Verizon for days without success. My elderly parents in Philadelphia, PA, rely on this phone service. I fear they might have trouble using their cell phone. I am planning to visit a Verizon office tomorrow to report this problem. The fiber optic line has been damaged by a recent storm, causing an outage since last week. This address belongs to a wheelchair-bound individual who requires the service to be restored promptly. Despite attempts to contact Verizon, there has been no response from them. It is crucial to send a technician trained in fiber optic repair to reconnect the service at the site where it is severed due to storm damage on Sunset Lake Rd. If this matter is not addressed promptly, the next step will be to involve Township officials.

Recently, I've been experiencing an issue where incoming calls are going directly to voicemail without my phone ringing to alert me. I only find out about missed calls when I attempt to make an outgoing call and notice the missed call notification. This problem started last Saturday, and despite my numerous attempts to contact customer support, I have been unable to speak with a representative. Today, I waited for over 2 hours on hold, being repeatedly assured that representatives were busy and that my call would be answered soon, only to end up hanging up out of frustration. Initially, the expected wait time was 1 hour. I tried calling the disability line as well, but no luck. I'm in need of assistance with this issue.

Our phone number, [redacted], is currently experiencing issues where callers hear a static sound when trying to reach us. We can make outgoing calls successfully from our end. I tried connecting a landline phone directly to the network box outside our house, and while I can make calls out, calling our own number still results in static. This seems to be a problem with the outside line or the central switching system, not an internal issue in our house. We have been unable to use our phone for four days now. Despite multiple calls to Verizon starting on Saturday, with the longest wait being 44 minutes, we have not been able to resolve this issue. Your assistance in fixing this problem would be greatly appreciated.

I received a call on 12/03, experiencing zapping, crackling, and loud static, which often follows heavy rain or snow. This issue seems to be affecting my line on this rural road. My number is [redacted]. Since the 3rd, the line has been dead or indicating it's in use, even though it's not functional. I previously sought assistance in October for a similar problem. I would appreciate a technician inspecting the lines to check for any damage from chewing pests or water damage.

I have not been receiving incoming calls, which is making it impossible to hear from service representatives. I need someone to visit my residence to resolve this issue. Additionally, my apartment buzzer is not working, so I suggest coming around to the back of the building and knocking on the patio door. I am experiencing Verizon chatter that is overriding my phone calls, and it is also affecting my voicemail.

Our landline has been out of service since January 29th, [redacted]. Despite efforts to troubleshoot by connecting an older corded phone to the outside interface, we still have no dial tone. Although the phone rings inside, there is no audio communication with the other party. We have attempted to reboot, check all the lines, and are still without service. What steps can be taken to restore our service, or if necessary, to have the line removed and service terminated with Verizon?

Verizon's service is in serious need of improvement. I believe they should reconsider their involvement in this business. The response I received regarding my repair request was not satisfactory. I have faced ongoing issues over the past five years, including problems with sound, calls dropping, and general malfunctions. While the repair staff has been helpful, the process of reporting these issues to Verizon has been incredibly disappointing. I urge the higher-ups at Verizon to experience firsthand the frustration of reporting a problem through their system. As a former NYNEX retiree, I am deeply disheartened by the current state of Verizon's infrastructure and customer service. I will not be engaging with Verizon's products or services going forward, and I plan to share my negative experience with others. It's essential for Verizon to address these issues despite their financial successes.

I bought a new Samsung Galaxy AO3s cellphone on May 2, [redacted], from a Verizon store. The Verizon assistant helped with the setup, but I couldn't connect to the Wi-Fi when I got home. I contacted a Verizon technician this morning, who couldn't fix the issue. My old 3G cellphone connected fine, but the new 4G one won't. The technician suggested sending a repairman to our house. We are experiencing internet connection issues at our office located at [redacted] Sunshine Avenue in Kingsville, MD. Our office phone number is [redacted]. We are facing difficulty connecting, leading to a situation where I had to reset network adapters on my Windows 10 computer. Macbook users have been experiencing problems since last week, particularly one person with a MacBook Pro laptop. An email error message (#[redacted]) is occurring. We have two wi-fi options, Admin and Guest, with different connectivity problems. Despite connecting to the Guest wi-fi, internet features and apps are not fully accessible. Last week, printing was problematic, and today, email attachments are not working, showing "Privacy" errors. We would appreciate an on-site assessment of our equipment. Should we consider a router upgrade?

I have been receiving text messages since July 27 about resolving the "no dial tone" problem. The messages scheduled a technician to fix the issue, and I confirmed my availability multiple times. On Friday, August 4, I received a text confirming the technician's visit between 1 PM and 5 PM, but no one arrived, and I did not receive any further updates. Repair reference number: NYBV032FPC.
