I am a disabled customer at [redacted]. I now have my phone number again, but there is no dial tone, and I cannot make outgoing or receive incoming calls. I need help fixing this issue permanently as I am unable to be present for every missed repair appointment. It seems like there have been delays from Verizon's end. I urgently request assistance to resolve this matter from the closest switch at Burke and Cruger Avenues or from the Verizon Office designated for people with disabilities. This is an emergency situation for me. Thank you, Dave. cc: FTC

I have a prepaid phone with Verizon Wireless, my number is [redacted]. I need to add minutes today, as the current minutes will expire on August 7th. I have $[redacted].31 in minutes due to expire. To prevent this, I need to make at least a $30 payment. I have been struggling to reach a customer service representative due to my vision impairment; I am 73 years old. I have a credit card on file, ending in [redacted]. Speaking with a representative would greatly assist me in making the payment promptly. I also have a landline with Verizon, the number being [redacted]. If a representative could call me on this number, it would help me greatly. Thank you for your assistance. - Connie J.
