I previously contacted you regarding a name reversal needed on my ticket. I spoke with Eva, who approved the change and directed me back to you. I've been trying to reach you by phone unsuccessfully, and though I received an email asking for feedback, I have not received verification of any changes made. I'm concerned because a friend had a similar issue with Eva Air, where a name reversal led to boarding complications. I need assurance that the correction is made promptly to avoid such problems. This relates to the booking for Intajan Somchai, reference number [redacted], VUS-[redacted] on June 14th. Thank you.

Hello, my name is Eyal. We have been corresponding via email for a few days. In our last communication, you advised me to contact UIA Airlines. I followed your advice and spoke with a representative who confirmed that the 4 tickets booked under two names are indeed on the same flight. Unfortunately, the representative mentioned that they cannot add a remark for a "credit option provided" as it should be requested by the ticket owner directly. They suggested that you reach out to the department responsible for connections with booking websites. I understand that this may be the only way to resolve the issue and add the necessary remark to the system. I kindly ask for your assistance in contacting this department as you are in regular communication with them. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated as I am eager to find a solution. A phone call would be preferable in this instance over email communication. Thank you very much for your help. Eyal.

In January [redacted], I bought round-trip plane tickets for my family and myself from Miami to Madrid to Budapest, with a return from Milan to Miami, with the final destination being Oradea, Romania. Unfortunately, our journey was riddled with issues. The Miami to Madrid flight delay caused us to miss our connecting flight to Budapest, leading to a chaotic experience. Eventually, American Airlines provided us with a new flight to Vienna where our luggage was initially lost. Additionally, on our way back to Miami from Milan, we faced confusion at the Finnair check-in desk, resulting in us missing our flight due to misinformation. The lack of assistance from staff only added to our distress, leaving us with no choice but to book new tickets, costing around $[redacted].

I purchased a ticket on Vayama.com with Booking Number [redacted]. I need a correction on the surname due to a spelling error. Vayama instructed me to pay $50 for the change, which they would request with the airline. I submitted the necessary documents as advised on August 9, [redacted], to [redacted] I am waiting for updates since the last communication on August 10. Concerned about the delay and automated emails received, I am eager for personal feedback reassuring me that my request is being processed. Contacting Vayama via internet and international call has proven difficult and costly.

I purchased a ticket on Vayama.com with booking number VUS-[redacted]. I need a surname correction due to a misspelling. Vayama informed me I must pay $50 for the change. I have followed their instructions, submitted the booking number and a PDF of my passport to [redacted] on August 9, [redacted]. I'm awaiting updates since the last communication on August 10. I'm worried about the delay affecting my flight. The automated emails I'm receiving make me nervous. I seek personal reassurance. Contacting Vayama is proving difficult due to internet call issues and high customer care call costs.

I am encountering immense difficulty in canceling my recent booking. Despite numerous attempts over the past few hours, I have been unsuccessful in reaching your customer service. The solitary international number provided for assistance, which supposedly handles emergencies, disconnects after five minutes of ringing without any response. My confirmation code is VUS-[redacted]. I am seeking to cancel my flight within the 24-hour window to avoid the $100USD charge and require a phone conversation as stipulated for the free cancellation service. The inability to contact your support team has caused great frustration, and I am at a loss as to how to proceed. I fear being charged unfairly due to this issue. I urge you to address this matter promptly to prevent losing a frequent traveler like myself, who is deeply dissatisfied with the current cancellation process.

My husband flew to Australia with Qantas Airways on November 8. His name is P. M. Lott and his booking reference is VUS-[redacted]. His return flight is scheduled for Thursday, November 29 on QF73. Unfortunately, he has been admitted to a hospital with a leg infection and is receiving IV antibiotics due to being an amputee. I'm unsure of his discharge date. I have a couple of questions: 1. What medical documentation do you require for this situation? I can obtain it from his doctor if needed. 2. Since I don't know his discharge date, are there business class seats available on Saturday, Sunday or Monday? He needs to elevate his leg during the flight. Please respond promptly. Thank you.

Dear Sir/Madam, I hope this message finds you well. Since December 13th, [redacted], I have been trying to resolve issue VUS [redacted]. However, every time I call, I am placed on hold and the call gets disconnected. I attempted to purchase a ticket with VUS [redacted] using a Discover card ending in [redacted]. The transaction was declined by the Vayama website, but I was still charged $[redacted] on both my Discover and Gap credit cards, as evident in the attached statement. Despite speaking to representatives who denied the charges, the transactions are visible on my statement. The last representative acknowledged the declined Discover card but claimed Vayama did not charge me. I have been trying to reach your team since morning, facing repeated disconnections after a 30-minute wait, leaving me feeling misled. I kindly request a prompt resolution to this matter, especially concerning the Discover card refund, as the other card has already been reimbursed. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Regards, Muhammad

I purchased three airline tickets to Thailand, but there seems to be a mistake with the names on two of them. Instead of my daughter's name, my name is repeated on one ticket. The dates of birth on all tickets are accurate. Despite multiple calls to address this, I have not received any updates on the ticket corrections. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue promptly. Thank you.

I experienced issues with my flights booked through Vayama from Huatulco to Chicago. The bookings were never confirmed by Interjet, leading to no reservations or tickets on the flight. I had to purchase new tickets from Interjet and Aeromexico. Interjet's customer service team in Mexico City explained that Vayama provided incorrect information, resulting in the tickets not being reserved. I ended up spending over $[redacted] on new tickets and arriving 8 hours later than planned because I had to secure available seats on other airlines. I believe Vayama should compensate me for the expenses incurred in rebooking my journey from Huatulco to Chicago.

I made reservations for two flights on April 17, [redacted], around 10:30 a.m. The booking references are VUS-[redacted]9 and Avianca booking MJKEUL. I am seeking to cancel both flights and receive a full refund of $[redacted].58, which was charged to my Visa ending in [redacted]. I have already spoken with Avianca Airlines and they have confirmed that I am eligible for a full refund. They advised me to process the refund through Vayama rather than directly with the airline. Despite attempting to contact Vayama through their listed phone numbers (1-[redacted], 1-[redacted], 1-[redacted]), I have been on hold for several hours without success. I intend to keep a record of my communication attempts with Vayama in case they refuse the refund. Avianca assured me that there should be no cancellation charges if the booking is canceled within 24 hours.

Hello, I encountered an issue with my recent booking through Vayama.com. I made a reservation for a trip from San Francisco to Las Vegas for five people on March 29, [redacted]. After receiving a cancellation email, I discovered that my card was charged $[redacted].29 for the trip. Despite contacting Vayama's customer service, I faced confusion regarding the status of my refund. I was initially told by a representative that the trip was canceled and my card was not charged, which was not accurate as I confirmed the charge in my bank account. After further investigation, I was informed that only part of my trip was canceled, and I would need to contact the airline directly to handle the refund for the portion that was not canceled. The lack of clarity in communication and the inability to access my booking details on Vayama's website added to my frustration. I have several unanswered questions regarding the handling of my booking and the necessity to contact the airline directly, despite booking through Vayama.com. I hope to receive clarification and resolution soon. Thank you, Yuliya C.

I recently tried to book a flight from Columbus to Zurich on Kayak but received a notification from Voyama stating that the booking was unsuccessful. I attempted to rebook but encountered difficulty providing all the necessary information and purchasing additional insurance. Despite my efforts, I ended up booking a flight with American Airlines and am currently in Zurich. I initially intended to depart on the 18th and return on the 25th. While I received a notification that the ticket didn't go through, I am willing to accept an airline credit for a future flight. Air Canada directed me to Kayak, while Kayak referred me to you. If necessary, I can be reached at [redacted]. Thank you. - B. D.

Good afternoon, My name is Janat Fazal, and together with my friend Amy Oatway, we made a reservation to fly from Bariloche to Buenos Aires on June 5, [redacted]. The reservation details are as follows: Reservation Code: OSWpXR Ticket numbers: [redacted][redacted] and [redacted][redacted] Flight number: LA7767 Flight date: 05/06/19 The issue is that we were told there were buses to Bariloche when we were in Puerto Natales by the lady at the Taqsa agency. We bought the flights, and when we arrived in Calafate and wanted to buy tickets to Bariloche, we were informed that the last one of the season had already departed, and there was no easy way to get to Bariloche on time. In the end, we took a bus to Rio Gallegos to fly to Buenos Aires, and we wanted to cancel the reservation. We understand it's non-refundable, but Latam told us we could get back the taxes and fees if we cancel. Would this be possible, please? We have tried calling but it hasn't worked!!! Maybe due to our mobile phones... We have lost a lot of money on canceled buses and flights, and we would appreciate being able to cancel this one and at least receive the taxes and fees back. Thank you for your time. Sorry for the inconvenience. Hopefully, we wouldn't have to contact you! - They assured us the buses were running..!! Thanks again, Janat and Amy

On May 2, [redacted], my wife, V.R.W., purchased 2 adult tickets and 1 infant ticket from Santiago, Chile, to New York with LATAM Airlines through Vayama. Shortly after, she received an email stating a payment issue and was given the choice to retry payment or cancel the booking. She chose to cancel and did not receive the tickets. After verifying with both you and the bank, we were informed the payment went through once and was reversed the second time. Recently, we noticed two charges of $[redacted].23 each on our credit card from 03/05/[redacted], totaling $[redacted].46. LATAM Airlines confirmed the tickets were issued and advised us to contact you for a refund since the transaction was processed through your company, and we canceled the booking due to payment complications. Please assist us in canceling these tickets and processing a full refund. The relevant details provided in your email are as follows: Airline reference number: QZAOUO Vayama booking number: VCL-[redacted] Passenger information: V.J.R.W.: P[redacted]7 C.G.S.: P[redacted]4 D.P.G.R.: P[redacted]3

On Monday, July 29th, I received an email from Vayama.com regarding a new schedule. Despite my attempts to reach Vayama via phone, I contacted the airline directly. They updated my tickets to a new schedule: Bogota to Santiago on August 6, then Santiago to Mendoza on Saturday, August 10, aligning with my important meeting in Santiago. On August 1st, Vayama.com emailed me a revised schedule with a new itinerary: Bogota to Sao Paulo and Sao Paulo to Mendoza on Monday, August 5th. The airline mentioned that Vayama initiated this change, and they are unable to adjust the ticket further as Vayama has control over it. Unfortunately, Vayama has not completed the process, impeding my ability to fly.

I attempted to book a flight from Santiago to Sydney on October 1st, but encountered an error message on the webpage displaying "$0 total." Subsequently, I booked with another airline. My daughter in Santiago, whose email address I provided, received bills for both flights. Unaware of whom to contact, I consulted my bank and Visa for cancellation, and they advised waiting for the transaction to post before disputing it. After five days, contacting them for an update, they directed me to reach out to you. I anticipate a full refund given the initial bill amount was zero, and I would not have made another booking had I known the transaction went through. Looking forward to your prompt response. Thank you, Fiona.

Hello, I'm Chen Qi from China, and my passport number is E[redacted]2. I purchased a LATAM flight ticket through VAYAMA.com with booking number VUS-[redacted]2 and airline reference number N87MHQ (Ticket number: [redacted][redacted]). The flight details are as follows: Departure: Tue 28 Jan at 20:45h from Los Angeles (LAX) to Lima (LIM). Return: Thu 13 Feb at 07:55h from Buenos Aires (Ministro Pistarini Intl. Apt.) to Los Angeles (LAX). Due to the epidemic in China, I am unable to make it to the flight. I received an email from LATAM Airlines regarding the coronavirus situation and the possibility of a refund. Since the ticket was purchased through a travel agency, I must contact them for the refund process. LATAM Airlines cannot process refunds for agency-purchased tickets. For further assistance, you can reach out to me via email at [redacted] or on my mobile at +[redacted][redacted]. Thank you.
