I purchased a 3-month mystery box subscription on December 20, [redacted]. My credit card has been charged, but I have not received the product. I have attempted to call the provided phone number multiple times without success. This is my second electronic notification about the problem. When I try to track the order, it says the number is invalid, even though I have entered it exactly as shown on the VAT19 order information I printed. I encountered an issue where I was continuously directed to voicemail on six occasions when I urgently needed to discuss essential matters with them. This experience was rather disappointing, especially coming from a supposedly family-friendly company. I've noticed in their videos that they occasionally bleep out curse words, which makes me question the overall professionalism. The individuals primarily involved seem to be Jaimi, John, and a tall man who appears somewhat Irish. It's crucial that this communication issue is addressed promptly to maintain a positive and professional image.

I am frustrated with the customer service at VAT19. I have spoken to 3 different chat representatives and left return and refund information with multiple phone numbers, but I keep getting directed to a page asking for my credit card information, which they already have on file from my initial order. I just want them to return my phone call. I have provided my phone number and order number ([redacted]) numerous times. My name is Linda Libby, and my address is 44 Halls Mills Rd, Whiting, ME, [redacted]. I purchased a mystery box for my grandson, but someone else also got him one, so I need to return mine.
