I have initiated a criminal investigation against the individuals who compromised my Uphold account and withdrew approximately $[redacted] on 1/23/23. I have not received any communication from Uphold for a while now. Uphold mentioned they would contact me within a day or two, but I have not heard anything. I require Uphold's assistance to establish a new secure account with updated email, passwords, and overall security measures. Additionally, I need my funds transferred to this new, safer Uphold account. I am prepared to begin the process of setting up a more secure Uphold account promptly.

I purchased some Vechain on my account and attempted to send it to a wallet. However, I was informed that the tier 4 coin could not be sent. Upon reviewing the regulations they provided, it clearly states that a tier 4 coin can be bought, sold, held, or sent. I would like the approximately [redacted] Vechain that I bought to be credited back to my account. Uphold converted it to Ether to send it to my wallet, which was unnecessary. If their change caused the issue preventing it from going to my wallet, they are at fault. There was no warning regarding the inability to send the coin due to its tier level. I discovered this only after they claimed it was the reason. After learning what can be done with a tier 4 coin, there seems to be no valid explanation for it not reaching my wallet. I now request that the lost Vechain be reimbursed to my account.

Hello everyone,
I am experiencing difficulty connecting my Brave Browser Account to Uphold on my Desktop. When I attempt to do so, I keep receiving an error message stating, "Even the best sites need maintenance... We are working on it, and we will be back online soon! If you need help, our friendly support team is here for you. To check our status, click here." Oddly enough, this issue does not occur on other devices, only on my Desktop. I am unsure why this problem persists specifically on my Desktop.

I am extremely frustrated by the significant delays in receiving my payment from Venatage International. Last Thursday, I sent the payment to my wallet and provided the requested proof, but I have been waiting endlessly for the manual processing. I have repeatedly asked for a quicker resolution due to my urgent situation. The slow responses and constant apologies are not helpful. The lack of prompt assistance and the four-day wait times for replies are unacceptable. I urgently need my funds, and the poor customer service and delays are incredibly frustrating.

I recently got a new phone and had Google Authenticator set up on my old device, which worked fine. Now, when I try to access my funds without the Authenticator, I'm unable to do so. I re-downloaded the Authenticator app, but it's asking for a QR code or key that I no longer have access to because it was stored on my old phone that I no longer have. I'm in a situation where I want to use Uphold to purchase more items, but I'm hesitant to do so without being able to withdraw the funds already in my Uphold account.

I have been in contact with Chime and Iphold multiple times regarding the refund for money that was taken by an individual pretending to be an Amazon Customer Service Representative. I called them because I was wrongly charged for 8 months of subscription fees for 3 subscriptions without my authorization or account information. I received the phone number from Google on 4/16/22. Despite filing reports with BBB, DTC, FBI, and SSA in person, I have not received any responses or refunds. This situation has had a devastating impact on my life, leading to failed auto payments, canceled insurances, suspended job, and eviction. While they initially promised a refund, they have now flat out refused to help me.

I'm new to this platform and tried transferring $50 to my cold wallet successfully. Later, I bought $1,[redacted] to transfer, but my account got restricted from doing so again. I've reached out for help several times already, but I am still unable to access my UpholdXRP account. I have made purchases through it in the past and would like to continue. However, I am having trouble logging in despite trying to change the password. Every time I try to sign in, it redirects me back without any progress. There was even a message stating that my email address is already in use, which is indeed correct. I am genuinely concerned that there might be some fraudulent activity going on. I am experiencing withdrawal restrictions while using your software. Please advise on how to address this.
