Hello, I'm currently experiencing two issues: 1. I am unable to access the course "How To Jam On Guitar With Confidence" by Ian Stitch on Udemy, except for the one page I have left open online. Despite purchasing the course, it does not show up when I log in. 2. The resources on the page I have left open for the course cannot be opened. When attempting to access a PDF file, it redirects me back to the PDF resources page. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you and have a wonderful day.

Hello, I recently gifted my mother a course and started it with her yesterday to help her get started. However, when I logged in from my home to assist her, I couldn't find the course on the site anymore. I checked the archives but it's not there either. When I went back to my email confirmation, clicking the link only prompts me to purchase the same course instead of accessing it. Hello, I was waiting to be paid to purchase the "77-[redacted] Microsoft Excel Certification - MOS Excel Core Exam" and "Beginning C++ Programming - From Beginner to Beyond" as they were on sale for around £15. I was not willing to buy them at their original prices because they are too expensive for me. Now that I have been paid, I noticed the deals are over, and I just missed them. I am wondering if there is a slight chance to still buy the products at the sale price or if I can receive a voucher code. I would greatly appreciate this if it is possible. I am experiencing issues with my password on the app. Despite changing it every time I log in, none of the passwords seem to work. This is particularly frustrating as I have several Udemy classes that I cannot access. I am trying to reach out for assistance, as it is also challenging to get in touch with your support team. I would appreciate it if you could explain why I have to reset my password each time I open the app, and why the new passwords are not being accepted. I hope you can grasp the problem I am facing. Hello, I recently signed up for three courses on Udemy. I encountered a problem with the payment process where the website claimed the OTP I entered was incorrect, even though the funds were deducted from my account. This issue occurred twice during payment attempts. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that the OTP entered was correct, as the transactions were successfully processed from their end. However, Udemy's site continued to display an error message regarding the OTP's validity. I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter promptly. Thank you.

My correct full name is "Shrawan Kumar Chaudhary," but it was incorrectly input as "Shrawan Chaudhary," resulting in this incorrect name being printed on my certificate. I would like to request a correction to reflect my accurate name, "Shrawan Kumar Chaudhary," to match my records from college, class 10, and class 12. I recently bought Photoshop, Website & Freelancing course for Rs.[redacted].00 on 05.12.19 at around 3:15 PM. Even though my IOB account was debited, Udemy informed me that the transaction failed. I'm confused about why this happened. My bank debited Rs.[redacted]/- for Udemy payment, so I'm unsure why it was considered a failed transaction. I'm frustrated as I can't find a phone number or email on their website. I'm starting to question the legitimacy of this company.

Hi there, I had 7 classes in my cart before noon at 12 am, but your system had a glitch and didn't process my purchase. Now the price has doubled. This is frustrating as I spent hours choosing these classes. I'm disappointed that the site didn't allow me to complete my purchase before the offer expired. I bought a Reiki learning course and received a confirmation email. However, upon clicking the "Start Course" button, I only saw descriptions for each level of the course. When logging into my account, I can only see other courses I've purchased. I suspect I may have used one email for the recent purchase and another for previous ones, but the course remains inaccessible regardless of the email I use. Thank you for your assistance.

Dear Udemy, I bought the PRINCE2 study course in October [redacted] and am only now returning to it. I was hospitalized for several months, so I couldn't study during that time. Once I finish all sections of the course, will I get the Udemy 'Certificate of Completion'? Will it be available at the top where the trophy icon is, and can I download a PDF of my certificate? I completed Section 1 of the beginner JavaScript course and a review/satisfaction box appeared. I have been enjoying the course and wanted to leave a rating for the excellent instructor, etc. Once I selected the checkboxes, I was notified that my review would be published within 24 hours. However, I did not authorize my name to be shared on the Internet and do not remember giving consent for this.

I have a substantial collection of [redacted] Udemy courses under the account [redacted] Recently, I organized them by name and URL without any issues until I reached [redacted] courses in the spreadsheet. At this point, an error message appears when I attempt to download the requested information by clicking on the URL in Excel. This functionality worked flawlessly for the past three weeks across multiple spreadsheet versions. It seems that Udemy's course list struggles to handle a large number of courses. I am curious if there could be anything on Udemy's end that now prevents me from accessing a course by clicking on a URL within Excel or Word.

To whom it may concern, I recently started using Udemy as a new customer and intended to buy the "Business Intelligence Analyst Course [redacted]" for $17. I am seeking clarification on the course refund policy. I have purchased multiple courses, completed them within the 30-day period, and requested a refund. I have gained knowledge from the courses, and this method seems like a way to utilize the course for free by paying and then refunding. Is this practice legal considering there are no specific clauses in Udemy's Terms to prohibit it? Despite the lack of constraints, I feel uneasy about the situation. Can someone confirm if this is an acceptable practice, as I have never attempted it before and would like to know if there are any measures in place to prevent such actions? Thank you.
