On September 2, [redacted], in Seattle, WA, a vehicle insured by USAA collided with 2 cars and damaged 2 mailboxes, one of which belongs to me. I am referencing incident # [redacted]. The owner of the other mailbox, who reached out to Lindsay at extension x40152, has not received a response. Despite my attempts to contact that extension and leaving messages, I have not received any communication. We have agreed that installing a double mailbox on one post would be a suitable and cost-effective solution. I urgently need to discuss this matter and replace the mailbox soon. I was in a car accident with a USAA-insured driver, and my experience with claims adjuster Charles has been extremely frustrating. Despite leaving multiple voicemails for his supervisor, Shelia, I haven't received any response. I've had to deal with 9 different claims personnel, and my recent call with claims supervisor Shawn ended abruptly. The rental car USAA provided is too small for my family's needs, especially since we transport small grandkids daily in our damaged Honda Pilot. I was told by USAA that the insurance board recommends full-size vehicles in such cases, but I believe our specific situation should be taken into consideration. Furthermore, my initial adjuster, Charles, disappeared without notice for almost a week, leaving me in limbo. Every time I inquire about the claim, I have to repeat my story and details due to the lack of continuity. This process has been extremely frustrating, and I request a regional claims supervisor to contact me directly. Thank you.

Despite trying various methods, I have been unsuccessful in unlocking it. I have been undergoing treatment for substance abuse and PTSD in Houston for the past seven months. Following the purchase of a new phone, I encountered this issue when trying to make a purchase on Amazon. Although I requested a new state ID on the 8th, it has not yet arrived. I have a temporary ID and I am wondering if this could be used to unlock my account. Currently embroiled in a custody battle, it is imperative that I access my funds to settle legal fees. I strongly prefer engaging with a customer service representative for assistance. If your company does not offer this service, please inform me, and I will pursue other options. I filed claim number [redacted] on 12 April [redacted]. However, there has been no progress on my claim. When I check the status on USAA.com using the claim self-service option, the status reads "We're unable to display your claim details," prompting me to contact USAA customer service by phone. Despite multiple attempts, whenever I speak with a representative, they transfer me to a manager's phone who doesn't answer, leading me to leave unanswered voicemails for the manager. I would appreciate being connected with a customer service agent who can provide me with direct updates on my claim.

Hello, I'm James Scanlan. I have a USAA account and recently spoke with a representative to arrange car insurance for my daughter, Hannah V Scanlan. Although her insurance card was emailed, she still needs help setting up autopay and addressing any final queries. Hannah doesn't have a USAA account yet, but she could potentially use the USAA app. The policy number is [redacted] 98 98c. I was deemed responsible for an accident involving only my car due to using Maps to navigate home on poorly lit back roads. The adjuster spoke to my spouse for his account, although he wasn't present during the incident, solely repeating what I stated. Despite my attempts and messages to clarify that he wasn't involved, the adjuster never reached out to me. After I escalated the issue to a supervisor and provided my statement, she acknowledged I wasn't at fault but failed to update the records accordingly. Even though numerous USAA Auto representatives assured me that the assurance department would contact me to resolve the matter, I have yet to receive any communication from them. Additionally, I've been informed that there is no direct number to reach the assurance department for assistance.

She sent me a code via text to facilitate the process online, but I encountered issues with the code's delivery and my password not being accepted. We have been trying to follow up on our claim for a few weeks now. Unfortunately, it has been challenging to reach our adjuster for the past 4-5 business days. Today, we escalated the issue by filing a complaint with the adjuster's supervisor. Surprisingly, instead of addressing the lack of communication from their employee, a supervisor canceled our claim. Disappointed by this situation, we have decided to switch to State Farm, the insurer of the party at fault, for assistance. We also plan to lodge a complaint with the insurance bureau. However, we kindly request USAA to contact State Farm and confirm the cancellation of our claim so we can proceed with repairing my vehicle. After 16 years as a loyal customer, we find the handling of this matter to be unsatisfactory.

I've been locked out of my USAA online banking account for over a year now because I changed my email address without updating my USAA account. When I try to log in, USAA sends a verification code to my old, deleted email. I've sent multiple letters to USAA in Texas with no resolution. I'm seeking assistance to access my USAA credit card for emergencies. I last used it in May [redacted] to renew my passport, costing about $[redacted], which I promptly paid. I've since received a new card in the mail on February 16,[redacted]. As a member since [redacted], Jim Alan Lewellen, my old email was [redacted] and my new ones are [redacted] and/or [redacted] My mailing address provided to USAA is in Baguio City, Philippines since becoming a permanent resident in June [redacted]. I've exhausted all avenues to contact USAA, including sending letters with my updated email, but have not had any success. Thank you for your attention, looking forward to your response.
