I spoke with Angel, a customer service representative for UPS on the phone, who informed me that my package has been at the facility in KCK since 12/19 and assured me it would be prioritized for delivery today. However, another UPS employee now claims it's lost. This package is a Christmas gift for my kids, and despite arranging for it to arrive in time, it's now Dec 24 and UPS has given me conflicting information, causing unnecessary stress. I am upset that after being told one thing this morning, I'm now being told the opposite. It's unfair for the company to mislead customers and create such disappointment, especially for kids who won't understand why their gift is delayed. I'm left unable to rectify the situation, which is frustrating and disappointing.

A package was sent from a bank in Nigeria, but it was intercepted by an unauthorized person. Unfortunately, I did not receive the tracking numbers, and this is a very important package that must not fall into the wrong hands. My package was guaranteed for delivery by 8 pm tonight. I checked the tracking, and it said delivery was attempted this morning. Now, my delivery isn’t until Monday. I was supposed to receive a call over two hours ago to go to the location and pick it up, but no one has called. I would like to get this as soon as possible. It’s already ridiculous that I have to go pick it up, but I need to know where to go so I can arrange a ride and get there.

I've been monitoring my package since ordering it. Yesterday, a note was left on my door indicating that my package was at an access point location. I visited the station but couldn't access my package. Despite entering my tracking number as requested, the machine repeatedly indicated there was no information or package for the given tracking number. After multiple attempts and no success, I returned home. Just as I arrived back, I received a notification stating that my package was available for pickup at the access location, but I still couldn't retrieve my items.

I haven't received my shipped item yet, and there hasn't been any tracking update for over 24 hours. The last update showed it was in Bend, Oregon, on its way for delivery. Tracking number: IZ9V8Y[redacted]11. My daughter sent live lobsters from Maine, packed in ice as perishable, overnight air on December 24, [redacted]. The UPS delivery driver placed the package at the front door without notifying me. I only knew of the delivery because my daughter called. Not being informed promptly could have led to the lobster spoiling outside. It is essential for UPS delivery personnel to ensure recipients are aware of deliveries, especially for perishable items shipped overnight. I hope this situation can be avoided in the future.

I requested my Birth Certificate from the state of New York and paid for overnight delivery via UPS. The state guarantees delivery in 15 business days, but it's been 17 business days now. I was informed that UPS has not picked it up yet. A tracking number has been assigned: 1Z038Y[redacted]04. Unfortunately, the customer service representative I spoke to was uncooperative, had difficulty speaking and understanding English.

Hello! I'm currently in touch with PayPal regarding a refund for an item I never received. The company responsible for the old tracking numbers claims to have delivered my package, although they haven't, and I can't reach them. PayPal has requested an Intranet tracking sheet or a letter/email confirming delivery to a different address. I doubt my Descendant 3 doll was ever shipped. I purchased a new guitar online and opted for UPS 2nd Day Delivery for $85. Even though it arrived on time, my doorman signed for it without my permission. The guitar sat in the front lobby for three days without any notice from him. I provided written instructions for him to inform the UPS delivery person that I am at home and to deliver the package directly to my apartment for me to sign. Unfortunately, he did not relay this information to UPS or notify me via the building intercom about the arrival of my parcel. I am questioning if his actions of signing for my package without my consent and leaving it unattended in the building lobby constitute a U.S. federal crime. If it does, am I within my rights to inform him that I can press charges for a federal crime?

The package was collected from the vendor on December 17, [redacted]. The online tracking information indicated it would arrive on December 21, [redacted]. However, the package has not been delivered yet. It seems that after UPS picked it up, it was transferred to UPS Innovations before being sent to the local post office. The postmaster confirmed that they did not receive the package and mentioned previous difficulties with UPS. An attempt to file a claim online failed as the number was not recognized. When contacting the seller, they could only provide the same tracking details visible online. Speaking with a UPS representative produced no additional insights. It appears I am now out forty dollars without receiving my package. This experience has led me to lose trust in UPS, and I will advise others against using their services. The situation seems dubious, and I am deeply dissatisfied with how it's been handled.

I normally have my packages delivered to my home by UPS without any issues. However, this time my package was left at a row of community mailboxes on the side of the road, where it could have easily been blown away or taken by roaming dogs. It was left there during dark and rainy conditions while I was away, and I only noticed it while heading out. This is unusual as they typically deliver to my home, and I am concerned about the safety of my package. I appreciate the usual service provided by UPS and just want to ensure that future deliveries are made to my home as before. I recently placed an order for two packages on Amazon and selected one-day shipping for an additional fee of $15 to ensure fast delivery. The packages were shipped on Monday from New Jersey and Missouri. However, on Tuesday, both packages did not leave the carrier facilities where they arrived the night before, causing a delay. Despite paying for expedited shipping, there was no progress in getting the items to me promptly. UPS was closed on Wednesday due to the New Year holiday, further hindering the delivery process. While the packages have finally left the carrier facilities, the extended delay is unacceptable. The expected delivery date has been pushed back, and I am dissatisfied with the service. I am requesting a refund for the one-day shipping fee since the delivery has taken three days and has not yet arrived. An Amazon order was initially set for delivery on 12/24 but was delayed and arrived in San Marcos, CA on 12/27. The online tracker shows the package is being held. After contacting a representative on 12/30, I proposed to collect the package but was informed it wasn't possible. They assured delivery on 1/2, but on that day, the tracking didn't reflect that. Following two more calls and being assured of a delivery by 8:00 pm on 1/2, it did not arrive. After a call scheduled for 10:00 am on 1/3 was missed, a voicemail at 9:08 am stated the delivery was rescheduled for Monday, 1/6. I find this unacceptable and wish to retrieve the package from the San Marcos facility today.

I would like to request that our packages be delivered to our home instead of to our landlord. We had an incident where a package was delivered to our landlord, and by the time we received it, it had already been opened. Additionally, all the packaging was thrown away. It was only after multiple attempts and trips to locate it that we were able to retrieve the package. This situation has compromised our privacy as we prefer to keep our orders confidential. While our regular delivery person knows where to deliver our packages, it seems that other delivery personnel do not.

I received a notification that a delivery attempt was made at my residence at 3:18 p.m. today. However, at that time, I was working at my desk since this morning. The reason given was that the carrier couldn't access the front door of our building for the delivery. I expected the carrier to check the directory by the door in our condo building and ring for entry. Unfortunately, no one attempted to contact me at the front door. Additionally, I believe carriers should leave a note with a call-back number or instructions on how to proceed with the package. This marks the second instance in recent weeks where this issue has occurred with UPS. I kindly request that the carrier returns with the package, either calling from the phone in the outer lobby for me to buzz them in or allowing me to retrieve the package personally from the lobby.

I've encountered an issue with a lost package from Chicos in Georgia that was being tracked. I previously submitted the necessary documentation to UPS but recently received a form from you requesting additional details, specifically the UPS number and claim number. Unfortunately, I do not possess these numbers, and despite providing all other requested information, my submission was rejected. I am unhappy as my package with tracking number 1Z8539V[redacted]4 was not delivered on time. Despite having the correct address, I had to personally retrieve it from a questionable location on 1/9/[redacted]. The item was dispatched promptly for a two-day delivery, but the shipping company claimed a delivery attempt was made, which my security cameras dispute. I'd appreciate it if you could investigate this issue and address why my package was not given priority for the two-day delivery service. Additionally, I am requesting a refund for the premium I paid for the expedited delivery.
