I received a notification that my coffee machine would arrive tomorrow, December 22nd. However, UPS attempted to deliver it today, which was unexpected as I had scheduled my day assuming the delivery would be tomorrow. I tried contacting the provided telephone numbers but was unable to reach anyone. Unfortunately, I am unable to lift the 8kg package and transport it myself. I will be available to receive the delivery tomorrow, December 22nd, and would appreciate confirmation of the revised delivery date. On Friday, January 7th, [redacted], your delivery driver attempted to deliver my package a day earlier than expected. Unfortunately, they left a notice instead of waiting for me to open the door. When I went to collect the package on Monday, I realized the store was closed. I live at [redacted] Westhorne Avenue in Eltham and am currently unwell, making it difficult for me to pick it up again. Kindly request the delivery person to return the parcel to my address.

I usually receive Dell computer parts at the Wolfson Computer Centre, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, IT Dept., ground floor in Edgbaston, Birmingham, through UPS. I was supposed to get a delivery yesterday but was told it had arrived, though it hadn't. Despite checking with various departments, nobody had accepted the package. This issue only arises when the usual delivery person is absent. Unfortunately, the substitute delivery person's whereabouts are unknown, causing repeated problems at Queen Elizabeth Hospital. The undelivered part is now scheduled for UPS to pick up today, and I have the tracking number 1Z6118RA[redacted]. I hope for a prompt resolution. Regards, S Bhurji IT Site Engineer.

Hello, I need some assistance with a situation involving UPS holding my property. I purchased a product second-hand from the Netherlands about 11 months ago as the item wasn't available in the UK. I paid the import tax, and UPS delivered it to me. Recently, the item needed repairs under its one-year warranty, and the shop asked me to send it back for fixing. They returned it to me through UPS, declaring it as a return for repair with no commercial value on the invoice. However, now UPS is requesting import tax payment for the same item they delivered last year. I believe this is incorrect as import tax should only be paid once. I need advice on this matter as UPS holding my item is affecting my ability to provide for my family. Your help in resolving this issue is greatly appreciated.

I received a delivery from UPS of 2 boxes from Thailand, but the import duty charged was more than the cost of the items and shipping combined, which seems to be a mistake. UPS took the boxes back, and now I'm unsure about the next steps. I haven't received any updates, and the tracking number I have is not recognized. I believe the issue is that the shipping costs were in Thai Baht, but they were mistakenly taken as pounds for calculating the duty. I would like to contact the Bristol UK depot to clarify the error and arrange for the correct duty amount and delivery to be sorted out.

Last week, UPS attempted to deliver a package to me. I declined the delivery when the driver requested a £75 payment that I was unaware of. After confirming with my supplier that this payment was an import charge and not a scam, I realized I need the item urgently. Unfortunately, I tried to make the payment, but your system is currently not functioning. I have contacted multiple numbers without success. The tracking number for the package is 1Z71V[redacted][redacted]. I hope for your assistance in resolving this matter promptly.

I am expecting a delivery from Spain through UPS, but the communication from UPS has been confusing. They asked for an EORO number, confirmation that the recipient is a charity, and the purpose of the goods separately, often only after I called Customer Service. Each call is difficult due to poor phone line quality and agents' limited English. Even after multiple calls, my parcel hasn't left customs. Today, when I called, the agent mistakenly said the parcel was out for delivery, but it was still in customs. The online tracking information was also wrong. I'm waiting for a callback from the local office, hoping they will assist in releasing my parcel from customs and provide accurate shipping information. I'm concerned the homeless recipients may not receive the clothing in the parcel.
