I discovered that your company had only received the package and not delivered it, causing me to miss work as a pilot instructor and lose £[redacted]. When trying to contact customer service, I was unable to speak to a live agent, adding to my frustration. I accidentally dropped off a parcel last Monday, and the buyer has tracked it, revealing that it hasn't left the shop. After a discussion with the manager who confirmed it was sent on Tuesday, valuing over £[redacted], I reached out to UPS customer service for assistance. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, they have not been helpful. A representative assured me on Saturday that they would file a claim and resolve the issue promptly, but there has been no progress. Package 1ZW1F[redacted][redacted] is being shipped to Rome, Italy. UPS Italia is asking for Customs Duty and IVA payment. The Proforma Invoice attached to the package indicates it is a gift from one private individual to another. The package's value does not exceed the Duty and IVA threshold. Please guide UPS Italia on the appropriate procedure and request for delivery without any charges.
Update: UPS Italia stated they discarded the package due to unresolved issues! Are they inept or dishonest?

Package with Waybill No 1ZW1F073TN4XG bound for Italy is currently held by Italian Customs due to an issue with the payment of Customs Duty. My submitted Proforma Invoice states the package is a gift valued at less than £39, making it exempt from Duty and IVA fees. However, UPS declared it as a sale to Italian Customs, leading to the charging of fees. The package should indeed be considered a gift with a value of £37 based on the Proforma Invoice submitted on 22 July. The reason for export clearly indicates that it is a gift, not a sale.

I recently received a shipment from UPS with a set of 4 wheels, but upon delivery, I realized that there were only 3 wheels instead of 4. The driver mentioned an accident causing the delay, but I feel like the story might not be accurate. After numerous delays and promises of the 4th wheel by midday, I am still missing it a week later. UPS is currently investigating after I filed a missing package claim, but the lack of communication and delay is causing significant inconvenience. I am worried about the impact on the sale of the car the wheels were intended for, as well as the time off work and the poor customer service experience. A UPS courier attempted to deliver my package on Thursday, August 11th, but due to a lack of funds for import charges, the redelivery was postponed to the following day. The courier mentioned that the package had to stay at the Warrington UK warehouse for an unspecified reason, and a promised delivery on Monday, August 15th did not occur. Despite the tracking app showing the package still at the warehouse as of Thursday, August 18th, with no new delivery date set, I have not received any responses to my emails to UPS and have been unsuccessful in reaching them by phone. The package, a Fender American Professional II loaded pickguard V-Mod, is valued at £[redacted]. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Please kindly investigate the actual customs clearance charges that UPS UK applies to goods based on the declared value in the invoice.
I want to mention that no UPS representative we contacted (in Italy or the United Kingdom) was accurate and able to provide correct information.
Here is a case in which we shipped two shipments of wine, with the same invoiced amount of [redacted] GBP, to two different recipients in the UK and UPS applied flat-rate customs clearance charges.
In one case, they charged 0 GBP because UPS UK claims that nothing is due for amounts below [redacted] GBP, while for the second shipment, they requested 34.50 GBP for customs clearance! Plus government taxes as required by law.

I encountered an issue with a UPS label delivery when sending a parcel to my son in the USA. The box was mistakenly labeled as printed documents with EDI-DOC, causing the courier to refuse collection due to missing customs documentation. The contents are my son's personal belongings like school reports, diaries, and posters. After lengthy discussions with customer support, a supervisor is now organizing a new shipping label to be sent to me. This is the third delivery date, and I am still waiting for my package with tracking number 1Z83Y89Y[redacted] to be delivered between 09:45 and 13:45. The latest expected date was today, and once again, nothing has arrived. I am frustrated with all the delivery delays, especially since the company sending the package has been in touch with UPS multiple times. Personally, I have tried reaching out, but it's challenging to get in contact. Waiting is not a satisfactory solution, especially for someone with PTSD. I would appreciate it if you could prioritize the delivery of my package.

I am facing a complicated situation with a returned eBay item from Italy. The sender used Poste Italiane and provided a tracking number ZC[redacted]17IT, which worked until the UK. Then, UPS took over, but they require a UPS Tracking number. Despite my efforts contacting UPS, Poste Italiane, eBay, and the seller, I haven't been able to obtain the UPS tracking number needed to pay the customs charges and receive my parcel held in UPS Gloucester. I have even shared security footage with UPS of their driver attempting delivery and provided all relevant tracking details, but I am stuck without the necessary information to proceed.

I am concerned about a package that was supposed to be delivered on November 25th at 1:27 pm. The tracking number is 1Z[redacted][redacted]. The seller claims that eBay arranged the delivery, but eBay closed the case stating it has been delivered somewhere unknown to me. The seller insists it was left at the front door, but I have a note on the door requesting parcels to be taken to the rear and left in the shed. I am caught between the seller and eBay without getting any resolution. Could someone please ask the driver where the package was left and if it was at the correct address?

Unfortunately, the delivery attempt was made without any prior phone call or using my home intercom system, despite having a designated delivery area at my apartment. I am wondering why my parcel has been sitting at the delivery depot for a whole week now. It arrived on Tuesday at 03:30 hours, and it's still there. I recently shipped a parcel to Washington on the West Coast, and it was delivered in just two days. However, the parcel that's only 25 miles away from me has not been delivered for over a week now.
