Hello,
I recently shipped a batch of goods from Hong Kong to the United States, and the package got held up due to tax payment issues. The receiver doesn't reside in the US and requested us to prepay the taxes. We contacted UPS with the request, but they informed us that they are still looking for the goods and need an additional 8 days to resolve the matter.
Even though the receiver contacted the local UPS office, they mentioned they have received our request and are waiting for the payment. This situation is causing delays, and it seems unusual as usually, they dispatch the goods immediately and bill the sender later.
I am hoping that the tax prepayment request can be approved soon so that the goods can be sent to the receiver promptly. Dealing with local UPS has been challenging due to slow responses and unexpected problems.
As we have a daily bulk shipping arrangement with UPS, I am eager for a swift resolution as it has already been 20 days since the shipment. I appreciate your prompt attention and understanding.

I placed an order with Hollister Co. in June for INR [redacted].49. Unfortunately, delivery was not attempted, and I was informed about an unexpected custom duty fee of approximately ₹[redacted]. As I was away at the time and hadn't left money with my butler to receive the package, I couldn't pay the fee. After contacting the seller, they informed me that the shipment was being held by UPS and advised me to reach out to them.
Despite the order being placed at the beginning of June, there has been little progress. The UPS order ID is 1ZV2611R[redacted]. I have since relocated to Mumbai, Maharashtra, and provided my address as B-[redacted] Gokul Crescent, Koldongri, Andheri East, Mumbai-[redacted]. I request delivery to this address; otherwise, please return the shipment to the seller for a refund. Please also clarify any additional custom fees, which I believe should not have been applied.

The package was addressed to Reggie Dolman at [redacted] Carper Road SW, Rochester, WA. The tracking number is 12 9R6 [redacted] 03 5[redacted]. Upon delivery between 2:36-4:00, an old green glass vase, an old clock with broken glass, and a horse statue with a dislodged foot were damaged. Reggie's family treasures were broken during transit. The gate was closed but usually unlocked during the delivery. Requesting for better handling as some packages are arriving damaged. Asking for more care while delivering delicate items. It's disappointing to see such damages, especially for irreplaceable sentimental pieces. Contacting for repairs needed for the clock, horse statue, and antique vase. Cleanup is required as tiny glass pieces are on the carpet and couch. Concerns raised about service standards and the need for improved handling of delicate items. Disappointed with the recent service received.

I was expecting a delivery on 3/14/19, but it did not arrive. After contacting customer service on 3/15/19, I was informed that the package was delayed and advised to wait until Monday, 3/18/19 for its arrival. By Tuesday, 3/19/19, no package was received, and the shipper initiated an investigation with claim 1-[redacted]29 on 3/20/19 at 16:06. Despite being informed that the investigation would take 8 to 10 days, it's been 17 working days with no update on the package's location. I am now requesting UPS to officially declare the package lost, refund the shipper, and in turn refund me. The tracking number for the package is H[redacted].

My company, Veronique Oro Corp (account # 8484WY), sent a package with tracking # 1Z8484WY[redacted] to Indonesia on 12/20/19. However, as of today (12/27/19), the package is still in the US. UPS is requesting Kimberley certification, assuming the content is rough diamonds, but they are actually loose diamonds. It's vital for UPS to promptly notify us if there are any issues, as our customer is growing impatient with the delay impacting their orders. We urgently need the package to be delivered to Jakarta via UPS without further delays to prevent any disruption to our business.

I am experiencing difficulties with an international shipment that has been held at a warehouse in the UK. Despite multiple calls to UPS international support with long hold times, I have not been able to resolve the issue. Several agents promised callbacks but did not follow through. One agent seemed clueless and unhelpful, even laughing during our interactions. Contacting UPS in the UK only led to automated responses or technical difficulties. Emails have gone unanswered, and almost two weeks past the expected delivery date, I am still without a resolution. In the past, we have used DHL and FedEx without issues, but this experience with UPS International will be our first and last. As of March 29th, there has been no progress and I am still unable to reach a knowledgeable representative.

Hello, my name is Jack Heisler from East Haddam, CT. I am inquiring about the package with tracking number 1Z302E[redacted]70 that was supposedly delivered to my address on 3/18/[redacted]. I suspect I was scammed by an eBay seller who provided this tracking number. Despite UPS confirming delivery, I did not receive the package. Could you please email me to confirm that this package was not sent to my address? Additionally, I was told by a UPS representative that the package was sent from the East Coast to East Haddam, but it was supposed to come from the West Coast. If you cannot disclose the delivery address, could you please provide the sender's information? I recall the person's name being something related to "BLUE." Thank you for your assistance.

I plan to contact customer service. I reside at Canal House Apartments in Morrisville, PA. The ongoing issue with the delivery service there has been troubling me for some time. The entrance doors to each building are typically locked. Despite the management confirming that UPS possesses a key to access the buildings, our packages are still not being placed inside, causing a security risk.
As a person with a permanent disability who requires a cane for mobility, the recent incident involving a $[redacted] laptop delivery deeply worried me. Despite tracking the package closely and making efforts to check outside multiple times during the day, I was shocked to find the expensive laptop left unattended in the gazebo mail area. This lack of care and consideration is unacceptable.
Unfortunately, this is not an isolated incident. Other residents have also faced similar challenges with packages being left in the open. I urge UPS to address these issues promptly to prevent further mishaps and discontent among customers. I hope this feedback leads to improved service and more responsible delivery practices in the future.

I paid a significant amount (hundreds of USD) to ship a package to the Philippines via UPS Express. I received an unexpected UPS package today in Colombia from the Netherlands with replacement parts for a phone. UPS arrived without prior notice and wanted to charge around $[redacted] for unspecified importation fees. I would appreciate being informed in advance before any charges occur. It is crucial for UPS to clearly outline the conditions for customs duties (such as weight and price criteria), distinguish between their fees and actual customs duties, and provide transparency in their billing process.
