I recently had a package delivered by UPS to the wrong address. I filed a claim with UPS, providing all the necessary information, including details about the purchase of a marble top carved chess set valued at approximately $[redacted]. However, UPS has failed to investigate further, claiming they have issued a check for the claim. I have not received this check nor have I accepted or deposited it. UPS has not been responsive to my attempts to resolve this issue.

The carrier in Phoenix, AZ has not delivered my merchandise (4 rugs) despite scheduling 4 appointments. Every time I inquire, they provide a new excuse and do not attempt to reschedule. The sender instructed me to deal directly with the freight office, who also have various excuses for the non-delivery. There seems to be an issue with the office and driver in Phoenix, AZ, as they are unable to deliver these items. I'm unsure if the items were stolen, but it's perplexing for a delivery company to not complete a delivery. The shipment number is [redacted]02, and the order is under Troy Gray at [redacted] W Three Forks Rd, Prescott, AZ [redacted].

There have been two incidents where drivers have turned around on the grass in my yard. The first time, I went out with a rake and covered the tire tracks. Due to the pandemic, I am not receiving visits, so this damage happened after a UPS package delivery. The first incident was during the Christmas holiday and the latest one happened today. I have received my package, which was placed on my back porch, and have pictures showing the tire tracks on my lawn. The regular driver on this route does not do this. I have a gravel area for turning to the right of my home where the normal driver turns around respectfully. I spend a lot of time grooming my lawn and would appreciate it if today's delivery driver would respect my property. I trust that UPS Ground holds their employees to a higher standard.

I purchased an item on Amazon that was sent through UPS Freight on 11/27/21 with tracking number [redacted]54. Today is 12/13/21, and the item still hasn't arrived, with no tracking updates from UPS. After some investigation, I found out that the item has been in Spokane, WA since 12/7/21. I am extremely disappointed with the service provided, as there seems to be no valid explanation for this delay. I have made arrangements for the item to be delivered tomorrow, and I am eager for it to finally arrive without any further issues.

I have a Dyson vacuum that requires repair. I was given a repair ID by the Dyson representative and was told that no additional information was needed to send the vacuum for repair. However, when I tried to drop it off at a UPS store yesterday, they refused to accept it without a shipping address. How should I proceed to return my vacuum to Dyson for repair? Thank you for helping me resolve this matter.

I encountered an issue with a new driver at [redacted] Richmar Lane, Grass Valley, CA [redacted]. On 8/1, a package was delivered to my daughter, Taylor S. The new driver drove up the driveway at an unsafe speed, creating a large dust cloud. Despite my request to slow down for safety and dust concerns, she responded that she was only going 5 mph, when it seemed more like 15 mph. Unfortunately, I did not have evidence of this exchange. I wonder if UPS drivers are under pressure due to time constraints on deliveries. The next day, the driver sped past me again, and when I tried to communicate with her, she disregarded my feedback. I informed her that I no longer wanted her to make deliveries to my address. I have been a customer at this address for 21 years and hope to continue using the service. Sincerely, Harley M.

The VA pharmacy shipped two boxes with tracking number #1Z A40 43E 03 5[redacted]. Both boxes contained 8 fl oz drink cartons of Ensure Original therapeutic nutrition. One box held two cases while the other held one case. Upon opening the box with the single case, it was discovered that 12 cartons of Ensure were leaking inside due to the screw caps being pushed into the cartons, likely from impact during shipping. This has resulted in a delay of 12 days for the VA patient (ME!) to receive the prescribed nutrition. The screw caps had not been twisted open but were instead pushed in, causing the liquid to spill when the box was upright, despite all seals being intact. The outer box displayed some crushing at the corners on top.

I received a delivery from Amazon on 11/5, which had been opened but empty. Even though the package was discreetly slit open, upon inspection, there was nothing inside. After informing the driver, Jimmy Towne, he took the envelope and provided a Notice with an incorrect number, [redacted]86. This number did not match the UPS tracking number associated with my package. Unfortunately, without the correct information, I have been unable to resolve this issue with Amazon. If possible, I would appreciate any assistance in tracking down the missing package delivered on 11/5/22 by Jimmy Towne to 30 Old Fort Avenue, Schenectady, NY [redacted].

I ordered a FRAM oil filter, which was marked as delivered on Mon, Dec 12th, but as of today, Fri, Dec 16th, it has not yet arrived. I have waited 48 hours, contacted the local Post Office, and spoken to the only neighbor nearby, but have had no luck in locating the package. It has now been 4 days, over 96 hours, and the item is still missing. I believe I have taken all necessary steps as a customer, so I would like to request a refund for the undelivered item. I need assistance reaching the Accounts Receivable department to inquire about a missing check. The check was originally sent on December 1st but was reportedly stopped on December 7th. Despite requesting help for Accounts Receivable, I was directed to Collections. Could you provide guidance on how to contact the correct department or share an email address for Accounts Receivable? The package with tracking number 1Z0E81V[redacted]6 has not yet been received. Despite providing the unit number 7 after the initial hold due to missing nUnit # with the address, the package has not arrived. The tracking information falsely states that the package was delivered to the front door; however, there is no proof of delivery with a picture of the package at the door as there usually is. This discrepancy is causing distress as the package has still not been located.

A UPS driver hit my lamp post and bent the metal crossbar. They also drove over the yard's edge, damaging it. I contacted the depot they work from, but haven't heard back as promised. Each bar costs around $10. I recently replaced a damaged one from a different delivery truck. I've documented the damage with photos.

Subject: Assistance Needed with W2 Retrieval for Employee Tricia Pickle Hello, My daughter, Tricia Pickle, who works at the Springfield, Missouri location, has been unable to access her email for the past four months. Despite informing her supervisor and manager about the issue, she has not received any assistance in obtaining her W2 form. Tricia mentioned that she couldn't retrieve the W2 from the address it was sent to. Tricia, employee number [redacted][redacted], has previously worked at UPS, including during the Christmas season loading trucks. It would greatly help if UPS could assist her in accessing her account to retrieve her W2 form. I am Dana Franklin from a company in Cleveland called Water and Wastewater Equipment. I sent a crucial package to Clearwater, FL on January 20, [redacted]. My boss and I attended a conference at the Marriot from January 23-25, [redacted], counting on the package to be there for our equipment showcase. Despite assurances and a follow-up call, the package never arrived, disrupting our entire purpose for the trip. This error cost us significantly in airfare, hotels, food, and lost opportunities at the event. We have been loyal customers, and I expect a full refund for the failed service and prompt return of our equipment. The original tracking number was 1Z[redacted][redacted], rerouted to St. Petersburg with alternate tracking 1Z777A9R[redacted], and now on its way back with tracking 1Z[redacted][redacted]. This mishap needs to be rectified.

Tracking number: 1Z81122R[redacted] I have initiated a claim and have been informed on three separate occasions this week that I would receive an email to complete the necessary paperwork for reimbursement. Initially, I was told it would take 24-48 hours, then within 90 minutes. The shipment, intended for a government customer, had 4 out of 5 boxes delivered successfully, with the missing one containing 20 hard drives. Despite numerous lengthy phone calls with UPS tracking and claims departments, I have not received any communication from UPS. I received a box from Hughes Net to return the old equipment on March 7, [redacted]. I suspect the tracking number might be 1Z7AF[redacted][redacted]. I packed the old equipment in this box, attached the label, and dropped it off at Post Net for UPS pickup. Unfortunately, I didn't ask for a receipt and now, on May 16, [redacted], Hughes Net claims they never received the equipment and charged me for it in full. Can you supply me with the tracking number for the return package to Hughes Net in March [redacted]? Thank you.

1. I ordered an item from Amazon to be delivered to my home address, but UPS shipped it to the address on my UPS profile instead, which is [redacted] miles away from me. 2. I reached out to the UPS store where the package was wrongly delivered and paid to have it resent to my correct home address. I also updated my UPS profile address accordingly. 3. Despite this, when UPS picked up the Amazon package for redelivery, they mistakenly sent it back to the wrong UPS store address that is [redacted] miles away from me.

We receive numerous packages from your company daily. Today, a new driver encountered a delay at our loading dock. Despite being informed of the short wait, he was impolite to our security team, stating he wouldn't wait and wouldn't return to deliver our six packages. Some items are time-sensitive and require immediate delivery to prevent spoilage. This issue needs urgent attention.
