Good afternoon,
My wife gifted me a 10R BookBook Vintage Brown for Christmas, purchased at the Apple Store in Estero, FL. Unfortunately, the inside where the credit card and driver's license fit has torn. Since they no longer carry the product, I am hoping to rely on the one-year warranty. Although I lack the receipt, Apple mentioned it should be in their system. However, my wife used a gift card for the purchase, so her information may not be retrievable. After speaking with Apple, I am seeking assistance on how to proceed in resolving this issue. I am a big fan of your products and truly enjoy using my BookBook. Thank you.

I recently made a purchase from Twelve South for the Airfly Pro Bluetooth Transmitter for wireless headphones. However, I have not received a confirmation email at [redacted] The order included a 12% discount, with a total of $48.40, and is being shipped to Levi Bahnn at 91 Grand Ave, Apt 5B, Brooklyn, NY [redacted].
I believe I might have accidentally submitted payment twice because it seemed like the transaction didn't go through. Could you please verify that my order was successfully placed and ensure that I was not billed twice on my credit card ending in [redacted]?
