I am having trouble reaching someone for assistance. I have been attempting to contact tunecore at [redacted] with no success, and the message system cut me off. I am frustrated by the lack of communication. I am inquiring about pricing details. Do [redacted] CD copies and a UPC barcode really cost $[redacted].98? Does the $29.99 fee cover placing my CD on iTunes and other platforms, including licensing for a cover song? How can I pre-pay before starting my project? I am confused by the credit system on the site. Can I create my own CD artwork, and is there an associated fee for this service? I already have an account, but navigating the website has been challenging. I tried to find information on licensing without success, and the chat feature charges a fee to use. I would appreciate some assistance with these inquiries.

I am unable to access the phone number linked to my two-factor authentication as I terminated the military deployment contract. Disabling two-factor authentication or troubleshooting with Authy has been impossible. Despite trying all available steps provided in the support forum, I am unable to authenticate via email or update the phone number without access to the current one. My primary goal is to deactivate two-factor authentication to regain access to my account.

I have called several times and sent emails because all my music has been taken down. I would like to understand what happened and why it occurred. Also, I have an issue with TuneCore's publisher because I mistakenly filled it out with my name instead of the actual composer, Aldo Trujillo, with IPI number [redacted]95. I need to fix this before it causes any problems. I have requested this several times. My withdrawals are also being held, and I would like to know why. I initially had two singles for the song, intending to change the artwork for one. Initially, I struggled with resizing the image to [redacted] as required. After managing to do so, I submitted the new artwork for the first single, "Nobody Was A Cooler Cat Than Dean." Despite your instructions of having only one single, I observed 24,[redacted] hits. However, on reviewing it on 12/28/21, I noticed that the image was incorrect, and the hit count was missing from Youtube. I am a dedicated customer here and recently encountered an issue with a duplicate charge from the Hidden Legacy release by Pdash. Despite my initial email with no response, $80 was deducted from my account twice. Additionally, $9.99 was deducted as royalties without my consent from the release "Thank you Haterz" by OGP. I did not intend to re-release that. I am seeking a refund for the royalties or a store credit, and I request the release of Hidden Legacy. I was seeking a royalty-free song for my new podcast, "My Bigfoot Sighting," and came across a great track called "Banjo Music" by Nathan Brumley on TribeofNoise.com. I bought a license for it to use in my podcast's intro and outro. However, after uploading episodes with the song, I received copyright claims on YouTube from TuneCore. I legally purchased the license and am not using the song unlawfully. I request TuneCore to retract the copyright claims on my channel. If needed, feel free to contact me. Dear Sir or Madam, I have the feeling that I have become a victim of a hack attack (Ransomware attack?) on your platform. The same has happened to me with my provider, Microsoft, Soundcloud, and Amazon before. I suspect that these platforms are being used to access customer data and through scanning and phishing, gaining access to customers' computers to steal their passwords, facilitating money laundering, enrichment at the expense of others, as well as corporate espionage. Unfortunately, various password cracking programs, including those for email accounts, Windows accounts, and even computer passwords, can be easily installed thanks to Google. Hello, I am experiencing very embarrassing issues on your platform. I contacted support to address multiple problems, but even after they claimed to have handled them, none have been resolved. To make matters worse, I discovered that the artist's name I collaborated with on the track has been changed after the modifications. Since then, my track has been released, the promotion campaign has started, and one of the artists is still incorrect on Spotify. My username spelling remains unchanged, and my EP "ROUGE" is not yet available on TikTok. I am pasting in the emails where I explained my issues: ------------------------------------------- "Hello, There are several problems. I have been waiting for a response to my email about an issue for eight business days now. I need [redacted] to go live as soon as possible. I've already paid for this album to be live a while ago. The lack of a two-day response time is frustrating. I'm not sure why my request is being ignored. If there's a problem, I request a refund or I will re-upload the album. To Whom It May Concern, I am experiencing difficulties claiming my Spotify for Artists profile via TuneCore. Upon attempting to claim my Spotify for Artists page directly on Spotify, I received a message instructing me to access it through TuneCore for instant setup. However, I am unable to locate the Spotify for Artists banner on my TuneCore dashboard. Despite reaching out to tech support for assistance, I have not received a response yet. I am disappointed with the lack of timely responses to my emails. The automated or copy-and-paste nature of the replies does not address my specific needs. I have received repetitive emails and feel like my concerns have not been attended to properly. I recommend hiring more staff, responding to emails within twenty-four hours, setting up a call center, and improving overall customer service. As a major distribution site like TuneCore, there should be resources available for better service. I will not be recommending TuneCore to other musicians and will consider moving my music to a different platform if these issues are not promptly addressed.

However, I noticed that when I tried to upload a song on TuneCore, there was no "afrobeats" genre available to select. Additionally, I have a song that combines English, Nigerian Pidgin English, and Yorùbá languages. I am unsure how to classify this for distribution on TuneCore. I am Yamichel Zuaznabar, the creator of the band EMINENCIA CLÁSICA. In [redacted], I signed a contract with Cubamusic Records to sell my music for four years. They haven't paid me for the revenue from album sales, although they continue to sell my music after the contract expired in [redacted]. I hold a copy of the contract. Similarly, ATENA MUSIC - URBANO LATINO is distributing my album METRO 88 without paying me the agreed percentage of revenue for five years, going against our contract. I was surprised to learn that the average wait time for phone calls is 22 minutes, which seems rather lengthy. On March 25, [redacted], my debut single was released through Tune Core after I discovered how to secure proper rights for my music via a distributor. Since its release, my song has gained popularity on Spotify with over [redacted],[redacted] streams, but I have yet to receive any earnings, despite expecting around €3.50 per [redacted] streams. The website mentions that payments should be received at least 2 months after the release, which has passed for me. I am really looking to retrieve the balance I've had in TuneCore for several weeks now. Each time I attempt to withdraw it, I receive a message indicating that I should retrieve the funds from Payoneer. Since I am unable to access the email associated with my Payoneer account, I have initiated a process with Payoneer to reset my account and gain access to the payment. Payoneer got back to me on 10/24 with the following response: "Thank you for reaching out to us, CHESTER. Upon reviewing your account, we have observed that your TuneCore payment source is no longer linked to your Payoneer account. Kindly respond to this email with further details regarding your request."

Hello, I recently released my debut album through TuneCore, but I am worried about the album artwork. I feel that one part, specifically the nose, could be misinterpreted in a negative way. As my email address linked to all my information is [redacted], my artist name is Mr. Pockets, and the album is called "Tripping Over Mole Hills." I am feeling anxious about the artwork and would like to replace it with a version where the nose looks like a normal mole nose to avoid any misinterpretation. I am wondering why I am unable to release a single using the Rising Artist plan. I had previously released a song on Distrokid and decided to switch to Tunecore. I entered all the same information like UPC, ISRC, and original release date, but during checkout, I couldn't find the checkout button. A message popped up saying that based on my current plan, I couldn't release my music as configured, and that I needed to upgrade to the Professional plan. Shouldn't the Rising Artist plan allow me to release a single? Could this be a bug in my new account, created just a few hours ago? I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue. I have a song already released on Distrokid and now I want to switch to Tunecore. I transferred all the necessary information like UPC, ISRC, and the original release date. Everything seemed to be fine until I reached the checkout stage. I can't seem to find the checkout button, and there's a message stating that based on my current plan, I cannot release my music as configured. It's suggesting I need to upgrade to a professional plan, but even the Rising Artist plan includes releasing a single. Why do I have to upgrade to the top plan?
