About a year ago, I contacted Tunecore to opt out of Automatic Renewals for my Releases. However, I received an email yesterday about a renewal that went through. Please reverse this transaction promptly as I am unable to afford it right now. I made it clear a year ago to cancel any Auto-Renewals. Please refund me immediately.

I made a withdrawal from TuneCore three days ago, but I have not received my money yet. I have sent multiple emails and tried calling, but the phone line has been constantly busy. It's concerning that I haven't received any response from them in a week, and my request hasn't been processed even after four days. I'm at a loss for what to do as I can't seem to reach them, and their lack of responsiveness is frustrating. I've exhausted my efforts, but still no progress. At this rate, it wouldn't shock me if it takes them a whole week. This situation is truly unacceptable.

I have been trying to contact Tunecore, a music distributor, through email for the past few weeks without any response. Around 45 days ago, one of my artist's songs was removed, but surprisingly, it is still available on iTunes. According to Tunecore's guidelines, it should have been taken off within 48 hours. This delay is hindering our plans for a re-release, which is dependent on the song's removal from iTunes. This situation is frustrating, especially because we have upcoming projects that are being affected by this issue. I request a prompt resolution to this matter.

Hello, I'd like to inquire about a few things if possible. Do you have any connections with CDBaby? I am extremely dissatisfied with their service. My music has been on YouTube for years with significant advertisements like ING bank, but I haven't earned a dime. I work as a tour guide in Barcelona, and many clients have mentioned they can't find my songs on YouTube in America. I have a substantial following in Europe, yet my account's performance over the past couple of years is puzzling. As a long-time account holder (Joe Richard Martyn), perhaps one of your initial clients from England, could I transfer my content from CDBaby to your platform? Are there comprehensive packages available, including a website, radio exposure, monetization, YouTube distribution, and more? I'm also on Spotify, Amazon, etc. Can you assist me in professionally setting up my presence on these platforms? Additionally, I am interested in participating in television music programs. Thank you.

My TuneCore account has been temporarily locked due to a dispute over a recent purchase of $29.99. To regain access, I must provide an explanation for the dispute and pay the total amount of $44.99, which includes the chargeback amount plus a $15.00 fee. I need to provide my PayPal email address to receive an invoice for payment.

After my song was uploaded to the digital store, I realized there were typos in the title. A Tunecore representative informed me that the only way to fix this issue was to take down the release. I reached out to my recording company to create new audio tracks for my upcoming album release to resolve the problem. I received three new tracks from them, but it came with an additional cost. Upon reviewing the new tracks, Tunecore support directed me to their fraud prevention department, causing delays and unanswered inquiries. Despite taking down the original release, I was informed that the typos could not be corrected. My support number is ([redacted]). This album was meant to be a gift for my 97-year-old father before Christmas, and I am hoping for a resolution soon. Thank you for your assistance.

Ticket number: [redacted] Hello, I recently had my tracks distributed to digital stores through TuneCore, but unfortunately, I discovered some typos in the song titles. I contacted TuneCore support for assistance, and they informed me that they cannot change the song titles once they have been distributed. The only option provided was to take down the original release. To resolve the issue, I had my recording company create three new tracks with the correct titles, albeit at an additional cost. However, when I submitted the new tracks for review, TuneCore directed me to their fraud prevention department citing the reuse of a song track with a different file name. I am now at a loss as to how to proceed, especially as the album was intended as a gift for my 97-year-old father. I have already paid for the album using Album credits. I am hoping for a resolution to this matter so I can distribute my songs through your store. Thank you for your attention to this issue. Best regards.

I am experiencing an issue with my album "Blessings," which was released in [redacted]. Although it is available on various streaming platforms, such as Apple Music and Spotify, it seems to be linked to another rapper named Prid3 who last released an album in [redacted]. This mix-up is causing my album to be incorrectly associated with his profile. Additionally, my artist name is PRID3 with all letters capitalized, not Prid3. I kindly request that these issues be addressed promptly. Thank you for your assistance.

One of my releases was removed. Despite having sufficient funds, the payment couldn't be processed for auto renewal. I've received generic responses that don't address the situation, making me feel frustrated. I've attempted to reach out via phone without success and have asked to escalate the matter to a supervisor.

Regarding Alpha Cat / Thatched Roof Glass House UPC#[redacted]29 I encountered difficulties uploading my record on Tunecore. Despite numerous unsuccessful attempts over a week, unreturned phone calls, and a futile visit to the Brooklyn address listed, I was left stranded. Disheartened, I turned to the reliable assistance of CD Baby. The transition to their platform was smooth and trouble-free. To my dismay, I have noticed unwarranted charges from Tunecore even though my music was never released through your service. Repeated login failures have left me locked out of my account. I insist on a refund for all charges debited. I eagerly await your reply. Best regards, Elizabeth Alpha Cat

Last month, I uploaded singles and an album on TuneCore, encountering multiple issues in the process. Despite my attempts, I could not connect with any employee over the phone. Due to conflicting dates with my publicist, I had to cancel and redo the music uploads. Even though I thought I streamlined the process, my album and a single were rejected on the second try, with identical music and artwork. Reaching TuneCore's customer service has been challenging; the phone line disconnects after a message. In the past, I had a positive experience with a knowledgeable TuneCore representative, but now the lack of communication is causing me stress and anxiety. If this issue persists, my publicist may consider dropping me. I'm in need of urgent assistance to resolve this situation. Thank you.

I received a notification from TuneCore regarding your song "In Love With This Girl" and the content that was blocked. They mentioned that the song is temporarily blocked due to using mastered instrumentals from the original artists' versions, which would require a license. Ensure you have all necessary distribution rights for your content before proceeding. If the tracks are not using original master recordings, confirm that they are licensed recreations. Remember to comply with TuneCore's Terms and Conditions, as they may take action if violations are found. Feel free to reach out to TuneCore's Content Review Team for any clarifications or assistance.

Subject: Request for Royalty Escrow Regarding "Beautiful Leyes" by Isaiah Wright I am the legal representative for Mr. Isaiah Wright, the original author of the copyrighted musical work "Project R" [copyright registration number PAu 3-[redacted]-[redacted]]. I have attached an authorization letter from Mr. Wright for reference. A derivative work titled "Beautiful Leyes" has been created from Mr. Wright's original composition, registered at BMI and ASCAP (BMI Work ID: # [redacted]5) with TuneCore Digital Music as the sole publisher. This derivative work includes Mr. Wright's musical contributions without his permission or any approved writer 'splits' or publishing agreement. Furthermore, Mr. Wright has been registered as an ASCAP songwriter (IPI [redacted]15) without his knowledge, and he has been allocated a percentage of royalties without his consent. I am requesting that all income generated from the derivative work "Beautiful Leyes" and collected by TuneCore and affiliates, including BMI, be placed in escrow until a formal settlement agreement is reached. Additionally, I urge TuneCore to conduct an internal investigation to identify who registered and published the derivative work without Mr. Wright's authorization. Your prompt attention to this matter is appreciated, and we are prepared to take all necessary steps to protect Mr. Wright's rights. Thank you. Karl L. Guthrie, Esq.

Hello, I am Harriet Y. Wilcox and I need assistance with a termination letter for my Publishing Administration Agreement. I originally notified Tunecore of my intention to terminate the agreement on April 15, [redacted], which would have the end date of June 30, [redacted] based on the terms. However, I received a termination letter with the incorrect date of September 30, [redacted]. After multiple attempts to correct this error via email and support requests, I am still facing challenges. I urgently need the correct termination date adjusted as per my initial notice and hope to have this matter resolved promptly so I can proceed with notifying the PRO. I suspect there might have been an internal issue with the handling of my notice within Tunecore. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

On the evening of 7-27-20, I attempted to upload my new single for release on your platform [*note: original release date selected was 7-28-20]. I provided all the necessary production details, song title, obtained an ISRC code, credited myself as the artist, and uploaded the artwork along with the song. Unfortunately, I encountered an issue due to the faulty USB input slot on my older computer, causing the audio to cut out before or after the upload. I wanted to preview the song on your site before proceeding with the $9.99 payment for its release tonight. However, when I tried to log back in after fixing the audio, I received an error message stating I had entered an incorrect email and password. Despite successfully logging in moments earlier, the system seemed to reject my credentials on subsequent attempts to check the song upload. I had diligently filled in all the details for the single "COVID-[redacted] MARK OF THE SLAVE MASK" by GREG GANESH AND THE SILENT MAJORITY under the label NO LOITERING RECORDS in the Rock/Alternative genres with explicit lyrics. This being my first time using Tunecore, I am perplexed by the login issue and hope to resolve it promptly with your assistance. I intend to contact support for guidance and to complete the $9.99 payment as initially planned for tonight's release as per my input data. Feeling disappointed and eager to rectify this situation.

I had recently experienced an issue while attempting to upload my single on TuneCore. Despite having all the necessary details ready, including the production information, ISRC code, and artwork, I encountered a problem when trying to log in to my account to complete the process. My aging computer's audio interface caused a disruption, leading to a login error when I tried to listen to the uploaded song before paying the uploading fee. Repeated attempts to log in using the same credentials were unsuccessful. The single I was trying to release is titled "COVID-[redacted] MARK OF THE SLAVE MASK" by GREG GANESH AND THE SILENT MAJORITY under the label NO LOITERING RECORDS, with a Rock and alternative genre. Despite this setback, I remain eager to resolve this issue and proceed with releasing my music through TuneCore.

I recently uploaded my single to Tunecore after purchasing 10 credits for the pre-release on iTunes and YouTube monetization. However, the track was rejected due to a 5-second movie sample in the beat. I am on a tight schedule with the release - only 20 days left, which is cutting it close for my marketing campaigns. I need to re-upload the track without the sample as soon as possible. If it's not possible, I'll have to get a refund and use my previous distribution method. I really prefer using Tunecore, but this issue needs to be resolved promptly for my release plans.

Hello, my name is Jon Butler, also known as Millionaire MEO. I am experiencing an issue with my 3rd quarter royalties statement, and I believe it's why I didn't receive my 1st and 2nd quarter statements. I was prompted to fill out a form to receive the royalties, which led me to a W-9 form. I have filled it out three times, but I still haven't received any payment. I have also requested to speak with someone about this matter twice but haven't heard back from anyone. I would appreciate a prompt response and a resolution to this issue. I ensure all my documents are up-to-date, so I am unsure why I am facing this problem. Thank you, and I hope to hear from you soon to resolve this matter. Have a great day!
