Dear Customer Service, I spoke with Diane about the upcoming meter replacement. She explained that all meters are being changed, even if they are not faulty. I inquired about the cost, and she assured me there would be no charge. I questioned the origin of this funding, but she did not provide an answer. Diane mentioned discussing my concerns with management but could not specify who it would be. I requested a callback, but I am skeptical of this happening. I am reaching out to understand the purpose of this change as my meter was recently replaced. I have been a customer for over fifty years.
