I have tried reaching out to Trunk Club via email, in the app, and by phone as directed in their previous email. After being passed around to different voicemails and receiving unhelpful responses, I am frustrated. Despite leaving messages and sending multiple messages in the app, I have not received a satisfactory answer. Nordstrom Trunk Club charged me $25 on my credit card, did not refund it, and has been unresponsive for 8 days. This lack of customer service is unacceptable. Their disorganization and lack of communication have led me to consider filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I hope to reach someone in their corporate office to resolve this issue promptly. I value transparency and reliable customer service, which seems lacking in my experience with Nordstrom Trunk Club. I simply want a refund or the trunk I paid for, nothing more than what was promised.
