I accidentally dropped my True Connect phone, causing the screen to crack. As a result, I can't view the display or make calls to True Connect. I have a Moto G Pure (XT2163DL) that I haven't activated yet; however, I have been using the hotspot from the Stratus_C7 True Connect device. Can I transfer the SIM card from the True Connect device to the new, unactivated Moto G Pure? I hope this is possible as it would be very helpful. I am unable to contact support, so I'm reaching out here for assistance in checking the compatibility of these devices. My phone suddenly went black, even though I only used the original charger that came with it for charging. It's never been dropped or exposed to water, and it was brand new. This is now the second phone that has malfunctioned in the last 4 months. I previously sent the first one back and waited for confirmation. Recently, I discussed this issue with a representative from TruConnect, and we attempted a reset without success. While I appreciate the service provided by TruConnect, I urgently need a functioning phone. I was offered a discounted $[redacted] phone for $43, but I am unable to locate the deal now due to financial constraints. Can you please assist me in resolving this matter?

I'm having trouble with people in my life and my sim card got removed. I need a new one and a reliable website to get it from with a valid phone number. The fake things in my life have gone too far, making me feel completely isolated and deceived. It seems like my situation is straight out of a twisted universe. I could use some help if possible, but it's unlikely I'll receive the sim card in the mail, considering my previous experiences. My PayPal card was even stolen, so all they might need now is my phone number. Please cancel the sim card for me. Goodbye to the haters.

I have a cell phone with your company that was sent to me with the previous owner's profile. I am receiving calls, text messages, and notifications from the apps they used. I have always had government phones from other companies and they provided me with a new one. Today, when I tried to make a call, I found out that the phone had been disconnected. I reached out to inquire how long it takes to switch companies so I can request a reconnection, even though I had to buy a new phone to use because I couldn't hear the conversation unless it was on speaker. I was not aware that upon approval of the free account, I would also receive a phone with a sim card and an assigned phone number: [redacted]. I had planned to keep my long-standing Verizon phone number. I have attempted to contact your customer service multiple times and have experienced long hold times, which has been frustrating. I require a sim card for a Galaxy S22+ with the phone number [redacted]. I will obtain the code from Verizon to transfer the number, but it is only valid for 7 days. I need to close the Verizon account before the next billing cycle. I appreciate the free account and your assistance in resolving this issue. Thank you.

Please review my phone records for any calls coming from a [redacted] number with the same prefix as mine. It seems like there may be a group of individuals monitoring my calls regularly, which is concerning. I'm already dealing with identity theft and financial issues from various banks in Columbia SC, so having potential spies targeting me is alarming. I recently had my TruConnect mobile phone stolen. After realizing it was unusable due to the security measures I had taken, I believe it might have been discarded. I am in need of a replacement urgently. This phone was crucial to me as it allowed me to communicate with my fiance, whom I am unable to meet in person. It also holds valuable personal information that I wouldn't want to fall into the wrong hands.

Two weeks ago at a gas station, my phone went missing while playing a quarter machine, and it had my TrueConnect SIM card in it. I suspect someone around me took it. How can I request a new SIM card from TrueConnect? Is it possible for TrueConnect to track my phone using the current SIM card?

I am supposed to have unlimited talk, text, data, and internet, but I have not had any internet since I received my phone. I received my phone today and tried for over an hour to create an account. I paid $12 for unlimited internet but kept getting the same sign-in error and couldn't set a password. I attempted to contact the Oxnard office, customer support, and the help center website with no success. I am extremely frustrated and want a refund for the $12 I paid for a service I never received. I haven't even had the chance to make a call. The lack of service from True Connect is disappointing and seems to be a common issue based on others' complaints. Please cancel my nonexistent service and refund the money. Thank you.

I am having difficulty renewing my phone service with TruConnect. Despite filling out their application online and being approved, I continue to receive threatening messages about losing my service if I don't renew, even though I have tried to do so multiple times. I have been attempting to contact them for 3 months but have only reached non-English speaking representatives after long waits. I have not received a recertification letter by mail, only emails and texts urging me to renew. Every time I try to use their links, it says I am already approved, but the issue persists. I need help immediately as I rely on this lifeline service due to medical reasons. The customer service experience so far has been frustrating and unhelpful. I have been struggling to speak with a live agent. One representative only provided a first name without any additional contact information. Initially, I approached you through Safelink, where I received a phone. When I inquired about keeping my old number, I was directed to contact Safelink for a code. Feeling confused about the process, I reached out for assistance multiple times, leading to a situation where Safelink would need to reactivate my old phone. Despite assurances that I would not lose service, I now find myself receiving a new sim card from you. This has resulted in a disruption of my service, leaving me stranded at 68 years old on a remote road without connectivity. My phone was stolen recently. I visited a nearby booth to get a new one quickly. Could you please remove my account from the system? I urgently need a new phone for important reasons. I have professionals trying to reach me, and not having a phone number is causing difficulty. It's crucial that I have a phone as soon as possible. I am currently part of the E.B.B program and still meet the qualifications for it. However, I am unable to make phone calls. While I can send and receive texts and standard messages, an error message appears indicating I have no data and cannot access my location, despite my phone's location setting being on. Additionally, if the original phone that came with the SIM card is damaged, how can I go about obtaining a replacement phone?

My Cloud Mobile 5Elite phone will not turn on. It was purchased from True Connect along with a Cloud Mobile tablet. While the tablet works fine, the phone stopped working the next day. Despite trying to reboot it, the screen remains dark. True Connect is suggesting I purchase another phone at a discount, which I don't consider fair. The phone was problematic from the beginning, and I have already informed True Connect about it.

I rely on food stamps, so my budget is tight. I recently purchased a new phone after mine broke. The phone is a Straight Talk device, and now the screen is unresponsive after a fall. I previously had ACP+Lifeline service with unlimited data and hotspot on QLink Wireless. Upon switching to Truconnect, my service was downgraded to only 4.5GB data cap. Although I am eligible for both ACP and Lifeline on this new account, I kindly request for my account to be updated to include the unlimited data I previously had. This issue needs to be corrected promptly to avoid negative consequences. I will take further action if necessary to resolve this matter. Thank you.
