Hello, I sold my black YSL bag a week and a half ago, and the buyer has had it in their possession since then. My issue is that the buyer has paid Tradesy, but the payment has not been released to me yet. I need my money quickly because I've fulfilled my role as a seller. I am not comfortable with the process of holding funds that I am entitled to for up to 21 days. I'm concerned about the possibility of the buyer changing their mind or damaging my bag, which was in great condition when they received it. I request my payment by the end of the day on Thursday or the return of my item in the same condition it was in when the buyer received it. If necessary, I will involve the Better Business Bureau and my attorney to resolve this promptly. Thank you, TaNasha White

Dear Team at Tradesy,
I was surprised to learn that the Michael Kors coat I sold was returned. The email I received did not provide details on the issue. I am eager to relist the item and would appreciate any feedback you can give me on why it was returned.

I am reaching out about Order #: [redacted]-[redacted]. It took the seller over two weeks to inform me that the original item was unavailable and a similar one was shipped without my consent. The delivery date was rescheduled from 12/20/19 to 12/21/19, but I was notified it was delivered on 12/21/19. However, upon checking my mailbox, there was nothing inside except for my regular letters. I have emailed the seller three times but haven't received any response. I urgently require a refund or the ordered item before Christmas as it was intended as a gift.

I made a purchase on Tradesy, but the seller canceled the order without my request. The email stated that I requested the cancellation, but I never did so. I'm concerned as I invested $[redacted] in these shoes. I'm unsure if the seller is trying to scam me or if there was a mistake. I trust Tradesy to handle this issue appropriately, as I have never encountered such a problem before. I have proof from our conversations that I did not ask for the cancellation; I would have appreciated it if the seller informed me beforehand about any issues with the order. I hope to resolve this situation calmly.

It has been almost two months, and my money has not been released to me yet. Initially, I was patient, expecting the process to take around 20-30 days as per reviews. However, after speaking to a representative who promised to expedite the transfer, nothing has been done. I am extremely frustrated. Please return my funds promptly. The service used to be excellent in [redacted], but now it seems unreliable and dishonest, taking advantage of customers.

I bought a Bottega Veneta bag from your website on 10/14/21. Although it arrived on 10/18/21, I noticed the dimensions were incorrectly listed. I contacted customer support to request a refund on 10/25/21 due to being away. Furthermore, the bag lacks an authenticity tag and seems to be a counterfeit.
I am seeking a refund for the bag's purchase price from Tradesy. The strict policy of denying returns after (6) days instead of (4) for notifying about a counterfeit item seems arbitrary and inflexible. The responses from customer service via email were not helpful.
