I have not received credit for my return. I checked my state's laws regarding return policies if the purchase qualifies. I have the receipt and the post office scanned the return label which was sent to the merchant. Despite contacting Affirm through Facebook and having proof from the post office, they are waiting for confirmation from the merchant. I've already spoken to Affirm's customer service regarding this issue. Here is a link with information on consumer return and refund laws by state for reference. It's important to note that each seller has its own return policy, and my seller does accept returns. I have informed Tradesy about the return, and the item was sent back during challenging circumstances. I have the receipt and proof that the purse was returned, so I shouldn't be charged for the item since the zipper was defective.

I am having an issue with a return not being credited back to me. I used Affirm as my payment method for this purchase. As per Affirm's policy, we are supposed to pay them until the platform, Tradesy, credits back the item. I returned a purse two weekends ago and the label was scanned upon return. I received a receipt, which should have notified the seller that the package was on its way. However, I have not received any confirmation from Tradesy. I keep receiving requests for payment from Affirm, which is frustrating as I have followed all the return procedures correctly. The 10-day return window is not sufficient, especially when considering weekends. The package exceeded the size of the drop-off slot, so it was handed to a postal agent. Despite all my efforts, Affirm seems unresponsive to this issue. I am now considering tracking the package through the post office or USPS website, which can be quite challenging. It is disappointing to have to deal with this situation, especially considering I have fulfilled all return requirements.

I am attempting to close my Tradesy account. The instructions suggest reaching out to them directly, but upon further investigation, the only contact option available is through email. After reading numerous reviews indicating difficulties in receiving a response and account deletion, I am frustrated. Deleting an account should not require such a complex process. Other websites offer straightforward methods for account closure. I question why Tradesy would want to retain users who no longer wish to be part of their platform.

The brooch appeared inauthentic, too large, and not suitable for the intended recipient. After contacting customer service, a representative assured me that a refund would be issued to my PayPal account within 4 days. I have received multiple emails confirming this resolution. I am in a rush to send my Chanel Handbag to the customer, but I received the shipping kit without the Dust Cover. The buyer needs the bag urgently and I cannot wait for the missing item to be sent. I recently joined Tradesy and was hesitant due to a bad experience with another company, but my first order went smoothly. On October 30th, I ordered two dresses. One was promptly shipped, but the other company mentioned it could take up to 9 days to mail, which I missed somehow. I ordered for a wedding, expressing my frustration and requesting a refund for the delayed dress. I am disappointed by the misleading information. If I use my Tradesy money and do not receive the dress, will I get the credit back? It's the 5th and I still haven't received the dress, and my money is tied up needlessly. This situation is unjust, and I demand my money back for the Rebecca Taylor dress size 6 from The Diamond Hanger. If I don't receive a refund promptly, I will report this issue today. Annette T., I am extremely upset about this. Once I receive my order and 62.98 Tradesy dollars, I will use them and close my account. Kindly refund the money into my Tradesy account.

I am Caitlin Young and I recently received a shipping package from Tradesy. Being my first time selling on the platform, I sent out the Versace sunglasses as requested using the provided mailer. However, I noticed that the sunglasses are now missing from my 'closet' on the app without any record of a sale or buyer information. I'm concerned that there might have been an issue with the shipment. I am from LA and the package was to be delivered to a recipient in the Valley, so it should have arrived promptly. The package was mailed last Thursday. I have a photo of the recipient's name and address as well as me dropping it off at UPS.

Unfortunately, the situation remains unresolved. I recently replied to his message, but then received an email from someone named Renee asking me to rate her service without addressing my concern. Hello, I recently purchased a pair of Jimmy Choo shoes in size 9.5 from Tradesy. Unfortunately, they do not fit well. I typically wear a size 9-9.5, but these shoes were difficult to put on. I used Affirm to pay for them and am requesting a refund instead of a site credit due to the shoes running extremely small. Despite my satisfaction with an $[redacted] Gucci handbag purchase, I believe the Jimmy Choo shoes should be considered defective considering their significant sizing difference. I bought a Chanel necklace with the item number #[redacted]2 this Monday, but the sale wasn't confirmed. I contacted the seller, who couldn't see the sale either. I followed the security procedure by emailing the purchase confirmation code from my bank account and called Tradesy customer service. I spoke with Jason at around 9 a.m., and he assured me he would inform the security team for a smooth process. However, by 3:30 p.m., the sale still wasn't confirmed, even after contacting the seller again.
When I called Tradesy once more, a customer service representative mentioned the hold was lifted, but they were waiting for the seller to confirm. The delay is frustrating as I know the seller is efficient, signaling a staff issue on Tradesy's end. Other companies conduct this security process swiftly, but it seems Tradesy lacks the necessary staff. I seek an immediate resolution and request management intervention to address this matter promptly.
The current situation is distressing for both me and the seller, and I expect confirmation emails to both parties soon.
