This morning, I intended to place a short position on stock BIMI at 4.43, but the system mistakenly entered it as a long position at the same price. This error has caused my account to be in a negative balance instead of a positive one. I also encountered an issue when trying to reverse my position on CLVS after going long on it. Despite clicking the reverse position button, the position was not reversed. These technical problems have been very frustrating, especially because my internet connection is working well. Today, due to platform issues, my account has suffered losses. I have never experienced these problems before.

I am addressing a concerning matter regarding a $50,[redacted] error in my TRADE STATION account. I request a Senior Analyst to conduct a forensic audit to rectify the inaccurate balance and missing transactions. My review of ACH transactions from various financial institutions highlights discrepancies not reflected in the TRADE STATION history. The $50,[redacted] error on February 12, [redacted], led to an incorrect account balance. I urge TRADE STATION to promptly resolve this issue to maintain the platform's integrity for trading. Failure to address this promptly may necessitate involvement of regulatory authorities. Kindly correct the ledger, restore the accurate balance, and ensure transparency in all transactions.
