My spouse and I seldom visit Tractor Supply, but we discovered a fantastic online deal on kayaks for our children's Christmas gifts. Living close to Calumet St. in Appleton, WI, we decided to stop by the store. The staff took us to the back storage area where they had the kayaks in boxes, and they showed us one unpacked. We decided to make the purchase and were told they would be put on layaway since we couldn't take them home that day.
When my husband returned to pick up the kayaks, he encountered a welcoming woman at the door who directed him to the desk. Sadly, the lady at the desk was dismissive, demanded more proof despite having the receipt, and even involved another unhelpful employee. Eventually, they were allowed to collect the kayaks, only to discover one was unboxed and the other's box had been given away. The kayak without a box was carelessly handled and ended up scratched, ruining our thoughtful Christmas gifts.
Despite contacting the store and customer service, we are yet to receive a call back from the District Manager as promised. We have been trying to get what we paid for, but the lack of assistance and disorganization have been frustrating. We hope for a resolution before Christmas, but the lack of cooperation and responsiveness has been disappointing.

I bought a gun safe from Tractor Supply in Porter, TX. It came dented, and they offered a $20 discount. The safe was missing a key and when I returned to get one, they initially agreed but later refused, insisting I buy a replacement key for $20. Despite this not being about the cost of the key, the principle bothers me. Upon receiving a replacement safe, it was also dented. I have been a loyal customer with a business account at this store and regularly purchase pet food there. I believe I was not treated fairly in this situation and hope others are not subjected to the same disrespect I experienced.

Hello, I am unsure who to contact regarding an issue with a recent purchase at Tractor Supply. I bought a DeWalt pry bar, 36 inches long, using my debit card, which is equivalent to cash. Upon attempting to return the item, the refund was given back to the card, which I no longer possess. The store's website explicitly states that for refunds: credit card equals credit and debit card equals cash. Given this, I was surprised and disappointed by the confusion at the store during the return process. Multiple employees were consulted, each offering different explanations while I knew the correct policy based on the website. The Tractor Supply Store in New Bern, North Carolina, is continuously obstructing disabled parking spaces with merchandise, making it nearly impossible for handicapped individuals to access these spots comfortably. The edges of the two handicap parking spaces near the main entrance are consistently lined with riding mowers and barbecues, hindering the opening of car doors on either side. This poses a significant challenge for disabled individuals trying to exit their vehicles, especially if they need assistive devices like a walker. Additionally, the riding mowers placed in front of the parking spaces are all tied together with a steel cord, forcing customers, especially those with disabilities, to navigate a longer path to reach the main entrance. Despite raising these concerns with store employees, the situation remains unchanged.

I recently ordered 3 bags of Purina Goat Grower 16 DQ online from Tractor Supply in Easley, SC, under order #[redacted]. I visited the Pickerington store today on Father's Day. I have a disability and needed help finding an item listed as in stock on the website. Despite asking for assistance, the employee just pointed out where it might be. When my wife sought help again, another employee was unhelpful, stating they didn't have the item if we couldn't see it. I requested to search together, but he responded rudely and confrontationally. I live in a secure facility that used to offer a Horse Therapy Program. Unfortunately, the program had to close down because the lady running it had a sick family member and needed to focus on taking care of them and her animals. Two years ago, I purchased an extended warranty for my whisper machine. Unfortunately, without using the right lock type, the machine is now full of holes. I've had multiple issues with it, and even after the service people attempted to fix it, the problems persisted. They charged me for parts they didn't reinstall properly, and I had to spend more money to work with the manufacturer to get replacements. Despite receiving some replacement parts, the machine broke down again this year. I requested more replacement parts, but it's been six weeks, and I haven't received anything yet. I'm extremely frustrated with this situation and would prefer to just get a replacement machine that is put together correctly.
