I returned my [redacted] Corolla LE lease three months early and had a terrible experience at Village Toyota in Homosassa, FL on 1/14/17. The staff seemed upset because I purchased a Honda next door. My sales rep, Darien, and assistant manager, Brett, were intrusive and obnoxious, but the manager, Stephen Connetti, was civil. This was the most unprofessional encounter in my life. I need clarification on any charges, particularly for tires with good tread, 3 months of lease, a wheel cover, and mileage overage. I am upset and disappointed with Toyota, and I doubt I will return. I lost the title for my [redacted] Toyota Highlander Hybrid from DCH Toyota in Mamaroneck, NY. While applying for a replacement, I was asked for information on the lien tied to car financing, which I lack. The dealership directed me to call 1-[redacted] for assistance, but my details weren't recognized by the system. I need to talk to someone for help in finding the financing information. I also previously owned a [redacted] Highlander, and I'm uncertain if the CT DMV has accurate data. Thank you.

I have been struggling to correct the inaccurate information in my payment history for several months through my Credit Karma account. I am frustrated by the situation because the details provided over the phone did not match what transpired. I aim to resolve this issue promptly as I plan to lease a new vehicle from Toyota when my current lease expires in November.

Hello, I am Valerie B. I am currently responsible for a monthly payment of $[redacted].00 for a Toyota Highlander. I inherited this responsibility after my ex-husband abandoned it. Despite making payments, I am not receiving credit for it. Recently, I discovered that it has a delinquent status on my credit report, even though I have not been delinquent. Since our divorce, I have been facing difficulties in rebuilding my life. I would like the responsible party to correct this error to avoid being labeled delinquent. I am struggling to fulfill my obligations and being unfairly penalized. Additionally, not being the primary party on the registration has caused issues at the DMV, where I have been stopped by the police for registration violations. While I am on the Toyota contract, I am not listed at the DMV. I am seeking advice on whether I need legal assistance to address these issues, as the current situation is unfair to the co-owner (me) who has limited rights while the primary party reaps all the benefits. Thank you.

I recently bought a new Rav 4 from Hudiburg Toyota. The finance department insisted I had to purchase Super Polysteel and IAS Millennium insurance to secure a loan, only to discover afterward that it was not necessary. Upon reviewing the contract at home, I found out that the insurance purchase was not mandatory for financing. An amount of $2,[redacted].00 was added to my purchase agreement, and I am seeking a refund of this amount directly to me instead of Toyota. The retail purchase agreement should stay unchanged, and I have already canceled the insurance with Hudiburg.

I recently visited the Toyota dealership in Harlingen, Texas, at Bert Ogden to express my dissatisfaction with the Toyota Highlander [redacted] I purchased. Unfortunately, the salesman informed me that they could not assist me with my concerns even though I've owned the car for less than 12 hours. I am very disappointed with the lack of support and options provided by Toyota in this situation. I spent the entire day at the dealership waiting for help, only to be told they were out to lunch, which left me feeling unimportant as a customer. As a loyal customer of Toyota, I am disheartened by the service I have received. I hope someone can reach out to me soon to address my issues. Thank you.

I attempted to contact customer service at 1:40 pm on July 10, five times, without success. I came across a direct line to an unhelpful individual who requested an account number before allowing me to explain my issue. I needed more time but was abruptly disconnected when I began speaking. This behavior is unacceptable. I am facing difficulties paying a bill and am unable to resolve this matter due to the poor service received.

I have provided my bank account information twice to Toyota Financial Services for automatic withdrawals, yet I continue to receive overdue statements that are negatively impacting my Wells Fargo checking account. If this issue persists, I am uncertain if I will choose to engage with this company again once my lease term ends. This is my third lease with Toyota, and I have never encountered any problems in the past. I suspect that the recurring issues may be attributed to the staff working in your offices. I am enclosing my routing number and the full set of numbers from my bank statement for your reference. I kindly request that you address these internal inconsistencies promptly. Thank you, Cleo Hales.

I purchased a Toyota Tacoma in [redacted] with a 72-month loan. Unfortunately, I defaulted after 70 months, resulting in $[redacted] going to collections. I settled the collection debt promptly. However, I never received the title for the vehicle. Now, I am unsure how to proceed to obtain it. I may need to contact the collection agency, but I am uncertain whom to reach out to, as this was over a decade ago. Please contact me via email to provide guidance on how I can secure the title for my Toyota Tacoma. I bought the vehicle on 9-20-03 from Right Toyota in Scottsdale, AZ. The VIN is 5TEWN72NX3Z231067. While I have the sales contract, it lacks loan details. Any assistance on this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help. - Chris

I am facing a frustrating situation that started during my quick trip to NYC on the 18th and 19th. Despite contacting EZ-pass authorities in all states I passed through to pay tolls, I keep receiving letters from NJ EZ-pass demanding an extra $50. Initially advised to request proof of payment, I faced unhelpful customer support agents from Toyota Financial Services. Even after verifying online that I owe $0.00 for violations under my Toyota account, creating an online account with TFS proved problematic. As an active-duty Petty Officer 1st Class in the US Navy, my time is limited, and dealing with these issues is becoming overwhelming.

I have been given permission by my daughter to cover her Toyota Prius monthly payments. Recently, her car was almost repossessed due to missed payments. I intervened, paid the overdue amount, and got the account back on track. I started handling the monthly payments to ensure they are made promptly. Her account number is [redacted]. However, when I called to make a payment, a male employee answered and was impolite. Despite my intent to settle the payment, he focused on discussing the repo process, which hindered the transaction. His discourteous demeanor prevented me from completing the payment. My contact number is [redacted].

My aunt recently bought a car and financed it through Toyota Financial. She paid off another vehicle 13 years ago and is now selling it. The problem is the car's title still shows Toyota Financial as a lienholder. I have tried multiple times to contact Toyota but cannot reach anyone because I do not have an account number as the car was paid off long ago, and the VIN number does not pull up any information since the car is paid off. How can we obtain a letter confirming the lien has been cleared so she can sell the car and transfer the title?

I have a [redacted] Prius and I'm relocating from NY to NJ. The dealership connected my car loan with TFCU, resulting in both Toyota and TFCU being listed as lienholders on the title. The NJ Motor Vehicle Commission requested a corporate code from Toyota to reissue the title. After multiple calls to Toyota Customer Service, no one could provide the corporate code needed. Despite promises to call back or send a letter of no financial interest, no action was taken. The lack of assistance caused significant inconvenience as I was unable to obtain the necessary title and registration from the MVC due to the unresolved issue.

Dear Sir/Ma'am, I obtained vehicle financing for an Innova from Toyota Financial Services India Ltd under the name of Santosh Mam Chand with Loan Account No. NKRN[redacted]. In May [redacted], we requested a change of cheques due to the deactivation of our old account. I submitted the cheque swapping documents to Mr. Jai Bhagwan, the collection executive, and Mr. Aman Rai, a Toyota finance employee at Globe Toyota Karnal. Unfortunately, ex-employee Mr. Aman Rai did not send the swapping documents for processing, which led to our EMIs bouncing. Despite providing all the necessary documents, I am being charged bouncing and LPP fees. Once my cheque was swapped in June [redacted], the EMIs have been regularly debited from my account. I did not intend for any bounces to happen. The fault lies entirely with your employees, Mr. Aman Rai and collection executive Jai Bhagwan, who continuously misled me regarding the cheque swapping process. They claimed it was a technical mistake on their part. I kindly request the waiver of the bouncing and LPP charges incurred, given the circumstances. My last EMI of [redacted],[redacted].00 was deducted from my account on 10/11/20 under the balloon scheme. Thank you.

I completed the final payment for my [redacted] Corolla to Toyota Financial in October [redacted]. However, the title still shows a lien from Toyota Financial, preventing the transfer of title to the new owner of the vehicle. Despite my efforts, I can't locate the lien cancellation card that should have been provided. My attempts to contact Toyota Financial have been unsuccessful in reaching a representative. While I managed to request information about my recent payments, the process may take up to 10 days. Unfortunately, this delay has left the buyer frustrated as I'm unable to provide proof of payment, necessary for transferring the title. I am looking to Toyota Financial to issue the lien release card promptly.

Hello, I am reaching out regarding a recent Toyota Camry lease closed in [redacted] at Gateway Toyota in Toms River under Acct. #02-[redacted]-WU327. Even though Toyota Motor Credit settled the account, I was billed by Toyota Financial Services for minor wear and tear fee of $[redacted].50, which was promptly paid. However, the account remains open with a balance of $[redacted].50. I kindly request the closure of this charge since the payment was made in May [redacted]. For any inquiries, please contact me via email at [redacted] or phone at [redacted]. Thank you, S.D.

I have a [redacted] Toyota Corolla lease that is ending in 3 months. I am interested in purchasing the car. Rather than working with my current dealer, I'm seeking help to ensure a fair price for the vehicle. The car has low mileage (13,[redacted] miles) and is in excellent condition as I have been home for most of the year due to the pandemic and health issues. Negotiations with the dealership have been unsuccessful, and I am exploring other avenues to acquire the car. Any assistance or advice on how to proceed would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. - A. My lease for my [redacted] RAV4 will end on September 15, [redacted]. I handed over a check to the financial representative for the quoted residual amount of $20,[redacted].00. Following this, I received an email from Farhan Kahn stating that the dealer was unable to forward the check to Toyota Financial Service on my behalf. I was instructed to mail the check directly to Toyota Financial Service. When I requested him to return the envelope to me so that I could mail it myself, he asked me to contact an [redacted] number to obtain the address. Despite expressing my dissatisfaction with the situation, I did not receive any further communication. It has now been a week, and I am unable to determine the whereabouts of my check.

Hello, my name is Patricia Bolden. I usually pay my car note two weeks early, and in July, Bank of America mistakenly paid my friend's car note instead of mine. Despite already paying, the amount was returned to her. Then I received an email in September claiming I owe, even though I have proof of the payment being deducted from my account. I paid for August, but now I'm being told I owe for September, which is not accurate. I need this resolved promptly as I believe there has been an error in my account. If this issue isn't resolved, I might have to consider switching finance companies. Please review my account and correct the mistake. I'm frustrated and disappointed with the situation, and I hope to hear back soon at [redacted] Your automated system is telling me I owe for September 24th when I already paid on September 2nd. Please contact me before the end of the week. Thank you.
