During our quarterly work contract at the VA Hospital in Clarksburg, WV, my team and I stay at the Town Place hotel. We value exceptional service and cleanliness when we travel for work. Upon returning to our room today, we noticed that it had been entered but not cleaned, and there were no fresh towels. Interestingly, there was a "do not disturb" sign on our door, which neither I nor my colleague placed. When I spoke to Jason, the manager, he simply offered to bring up towels without providing any explanation or empathy for the situation. I feel disappointed by the lack of acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused. I plan to escalate this to corporate in hopes of receiving some form of compensation or assurance that this issue will be addressed to ensure a better experience in the future. Thank you, Joseph C.
