I have been attempting to register for Tough Mudder Dallas [redacted] Full for a few weeks using my volunteer codes that cover the race cost. Unfortunately, the codes are not working despite numerous attempts. Customer service suggested buying the tickets and they would reimburse me; however, I cannot afford the $[redacted]+ upfront cost as we volunteered to avoid this expense last year. Regrettably, customer service has now ceased communication with me.

I encountered an issue while attempting to register my under 18 son for an event on ACTIVE. Upon trying to add him to our team, the system indicated that I couldn't claim someone else. Subsequently, I set up a separate account for him, but when he tried to join the team, it stated he couldn't claim someone under 18. Compounding this, I suspect I may have inadvertently registered myself under his ID number. Would I be able to rectify this on-site by presenting our registrations with the QR code before the event, or should I address this beforehand to ensure he is added to our team without losing any registrations? I've already filed a case with ACTIVE, but haven't received a response yet. If feasible, I prefer to resolve this matter in person to guarantee his enrollment on the team is secure. Thank you. - A. Concern: I organized a team for Tough Mudder with my start time at 8:00 a.m. However, my team's start time is at 9:30 a.m. I paid for the 8:00 a.m. wave, also known as "first mud," to ensure we run in the first wave after the competitive one. I did not see anywhere on the website that team members needed to pay an additional $15 to join this wave. I anticipated that all team members would run together at my assigned time. I am disappointed by the request for extra money and the lack of clarity in your service. Resolution: I would like my team members to join me in the 8:00 a.m. wave as the captain.

I would like to cancel my registration without receiving a refund. I had purchased tickets in advance with a coupon code for a Tough Mudder event to support a team of 17 people. I am looking to transfer my registration to a family member using a code, as I am unable to attend this year due to my pregnancy. I am dissatisfied with the transfer process on Active.com, as it charges the full current price for the transfer, which seems unfair to the recipient. I am seeking assistance in facilitating a direct transfer to my family member. It has been challenging to communicate via email and would appreciate the option to speak with a representative to expedite the process. I had initially inquired about the "Cancel registration, don't get refund and get a code" option, but did not receive further instructions. I am eager to resolve this issue promptly. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am coordinating plans with my friends for the Tough Mudder event, and I find myself handling all the details, as usual. I am struggling with the Active website and haven't received assistance from their support team. Regarding Participant Transfer: I initially paid for myself and four friends to participate in Tough Mudder on Sept 15. One friend, Ryan Noakes, can't join due to a foot injury. As he hasn't used his registration code and can't locate it in his email, I wish to transfer his spot to my cousin, Justin Bradley. I have attached my receipt with Ryan's name. The emails are: Ryan Noakes - ryan_noakes@outlook Justin Bradley - [redacted] Teams: I created a team named Scrambled Legs, but my friends are having trouble joining. I want to ensure we start together. Could you please add the names listed below to the team? I have provided a screenshot for clarity. Additionally, another friend, Candace May, has registered and wants to join our team. Her email is candacemay15@gmail Regarding the incorrect name entry for my friend's mom, it should be "Cody Hughes" instead of "Cindy Hughes." My mistake. Thank you for your assistance in making my first Tough Mudder experience a success. Best, Adam Cranley (Contact Number Redacted)

I recently purchased my Tough Mudder ticket through Groupon and attempted to register it. However, while checking out, I decided not to purchase the $15 parking option and unchecked the box. When I proceeded to check out again, the coupon code was no longer valid. I have a screenshot of the voucher showing it as redeemed, but I don't have a registered ticket. I'm unsure what to do next. Your prompt assistance via phone call would be greatly appreciated as the event is approaching soon. Thank you.

Hello, I am looking to register my school for the Tough Mudder Southeast Queensland event in May this year to raise funds for a charity. We want to participate as a group, including students under 18 who require over 18 participants with them. The challenge is that the guardian needs to register with their own details for under 18 participants, which is not feasible for teachers and students. We have many teachers participating who could act as guardians for students, but the current registration process doesn't accommodate this. Is there a way for us to register under 18 students with parental permission to run with school staff as their guardians instead? We have around 20 staff members running, allowing up to 40 students to participate in this manner. Any suggestions on how we can make this work would be appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, My name is Monique and a few months ago, I purchased my ticket. Initially, I received it in my email, but unfortunately, I seem to have deleted it. I have checked my trash and junk mail folders, but it is nowhere to be found. I am hoping to have it resent to me before the event takes place. This is the second time I am reaching out via email, and I have not received any responses besides automated ones. I would appreciate a prompt reply. It's frustrating to have to contact your company multiple times without any assistance. The lack of a contact number adds to the difficulty. Please reach out to me via email or phone at your earliest convenience. Thank you, Monique B

I purchased 10 tickets for the TM Finsbury Park 5K event on April 13. Initially, I considered corporate packages but opted to secure early tickets for all participants representing our company. Given that we bought the tickets in September, we were awaiting the final participant list. The TM representative assured me that transferring tickets to teammates would be a smooth, complimentary process. Upon compiling the participant list last week, I discovered that transferring tickets incurs a cost of £63+, contrary to the initial information provided. This fee is double the original ticket price. I reached out to TM on Monday but have not received a response. Prompt assistance is crucial as our event is on Saturday, and it is imperative that the ticket transfer remains free, as initially advised.

I am attempting to register myself (18+) and my son (13) for an event in Avondale, AZ on December 7. I purchased two open passes for $49 each on the TM website during a promotional deal. I received separate codes for each purchase. When I try to register, I can successfully enter my code and details, however, I encounter an issue when attempting to register my son. The system is requiring participants to be 14 years or older to register, preventing me from entering his code as well.

Our team of four had an initial 9:00 am start time for the [redacted] Central Florida Tough Mudder. Unfortunately, after transferring tickets, two members now have different start times (10:00 am and 12:00 pm). The two original members are set for the 9:00 am slot. We need to adjust the start time for the transferred members to match ours. The order numbers needing to be moved to the 9:00 am start time are: C-26M57H6Y & R-0Z9TGGQP.

I am having trouble registering for Tough Mudder Pittsburgh. When I click on the registration date, a small "about blank" window appears, but nothing else occurs. Others I've asked to try have experienced the same issue. This problem has also occurred when trying to sign up for events in different locations. Due to this error, we missed the first early bird deadline. As first-time participants, I am starting to consider seeking alternative events. Is anyone else encountering this issue?

In November [redacted], I paid for seven registrations for a 5k Tough Mudder event scheduled for May 30th, [redacted]. Following the purchase of Tough Mudder Inc by Spartan Race, Inc, my event was canceled. Spartan/Tough Mudder mentioned they would send out an email with transfer details and coupons for a future event by the week of March 9th. While I appreciate their effort, none of the upcoming events fit into my schedule. Therefore, I am seeking a refund of the original registration fees ($[redacted]) after deducting taxes and fees. I’ve attempted to reach out to Tough Mudder through email and Facebook without success. My request is simple - I just want a refund for the original registrations ($[redacted] minus taxes and fees) due to the event cancellation by Tough Mudder/Spartan.

I am participating in Tough Mudder South West with my brother on Sunday, August 22nd. We initially purchased our tickets in [redacted] for the [redacted] event, which got rescheduled to [redacted] due to the pandemic. Unfortunately, we have been assigned to different waves for the event, with my wave at 1-1:45pm and my brother's at 9-9:45am. Despite trying to reach out to Tough Mudder customer support for the past 2 to 3 weeks, we have not received any response to our request to change the start times, as per the website instructions. The only means of contact is through email, and the automated response stated a 10-working day wait for a reply, which has passed. We are aware of the strict wave time policy and just wish to have both of us start at 9-9:45am, as there are available slots during that window. However, contacting customer service has been challenging. Any advice on how to proceed would be appreciated. Thank you.
