Tory Burch Customer Service Issues

I purchased the gorgeous TB Fleming leather convertible shoulder bag in silver maple from Nordstrom at Fashion Valley in San Diego in March [redacted]. I adore the bag, but soon after getting it, I noticed a small smudge. I attempted to clean it with a dry cloth first, then with a cloth and Murphy oil soap. Regrettably, the soap stripped off some of the silver maple coloring, leaving a 6 inch by 2 inch area on the front flap slightly lighter than the rest. It's located directly parallel to the magnetic snap closure, and it's bothering me a lot. Nordstrom recommended I contact Tori Burch for assistance.
