I purchased the gorgeous TB Fleming leather convertible shoulder bag in silver maple from Nordstrom at Fashion Valley in San Diego in March [redacted]. I adore the bag, but soon after getting it, I noticed a small smudge. I attempted to clean it with a dry cloth first, then with a cloth and Murphy oil soap. Regrettably, the soap stripped off some of the silver maple coloring, leaving a 6 inch by 2 inch area on the front flap slightly lighter than the rest. It's located directly parallel to the magnetic snap closure, and it's bothering me a lot. Nordstrom recommended I contact Tori Burch for assistance. I'm hopeful that if I send it in, they may be able to re-dye it. Thank you kindly for your attention. - Kelly H.

Hello, thank you for taking the time to read my message. I wanted to inform you that I purchased black "Miller" sandals approximately 4 months ago. I have only worn these sandals occasionally, usually for special events. Regrettably, the bottoms of the sandals are showing signs of wear, which seems disproportionate to the usage. I bought these in your Camarillo, California store along with a handbag. Although I normally wouldn't complain, I expected more durability considering the price I paid. I have owned previous Tory Burch Miller sandals and various flip flops that have never let me down in public. However, I had an embarrassing incident where the sandals broke during a social gathering, forcing me to switch to a different pair. I have kept the sandals in case you require photos. Despite this issue, I am a loyal customer who adores Tory Burch products, especially the handbags. I hope to continue supporting the brand, but I hesitate to invest in items that may not withstand typical use. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I understand it is not your fault. ♥️

I recently made a purchase at the Orlando outlet and encountered some issues with exchanges. Initially, I had trouble with an exchange at the Sawgrass location because the box was missing from my purchase, but the manager eventually allowed the exchange to proceed. When trying to exchange a bag for a different color, I was informed I had to return and rebuy the item, resulting in additional costs. Unfortunately, I found the shoes uncomfortable and no longer needed them to match the bag I was returning. Despite meeting all the return requirements with the original package and unused items, I was only offered store credit instead of a refund. This led to another exchange for a shoe in the wrong size, as my size was unavailable. I am confused as to why a refund was not an option, which would have made the process smoother for me.

Hello, I purchased several pairs of shoes in three transactions and promptly returned all of them except for one due to sizing issues. Despite providing tracking information and confirmation that the shoes were received at the Tory Burch warehouse, I have not received my refund for over a month. I have been a loyal customer who frequents their outlets, but this unfortunate situation has left me dissatisfied. Payments were made through Klarna and PayPal, and even though the shoes were returned, deductions were made from both sources. Upon attempting to contact Tory Burch, the phone number provided did not offer assistance beyond an automated response. This experience has been very disappointing, and I have decided not to make any future purchases from them or recommend their services to others.

As a long-time paying customer, I am incredibly disappointed by how I have been treated. It is shocking that Tory Burch would stand by this kind of service. Here is a summary of the issues I have faced: 1. My boyfriend purchased shoes and slides from the clearance section. 2. The register did not apply the additional 20% off on clearance items as advertised. 3. When my friend called to adjust the price, the manager insisted we bring back the items and physical receipt to the store. 4. The shoes and sandals were gifted and already used in the Philippines, making the request to return them for a price adjustment unreasonable. 5. E-receipts should allow for easy reference and verification of transactions without necessitating the physical return of items. 6. The claim that the shoes were not on clearance is absurd as I had previously purchased clearance items. 7. Dealing with uncooperative and unhelpful staff during my vacation for health reasons has worsened my stress and depression. 8. Despite multiple messages seeking an explanation, I have only received dismissive responses. As a paying customer, I expect a proper resolution and explanation for the mishandling of this transaction.
