Tommy Hilfiger Customer Service Issues

I placed an order with Tommy Hilfiger on November 25th. The order was supposed to be sent out on November 27th, and I was told in an email on the 30th that I should have received the items by December 1st. It's now December 9th, and UPS informed me that the package never left the warehouse. I find this unacceptable, as I have already paid for the services. If my package is not sent out soon, I may have to cancel my order. I am going on vacation and need these items with me. I've tried calling for help, but the phone lines are busy, which is unacceptable for a business. Please assist me with this issue.

Mi nombre es María Z. C., hice dos pedidos a su empresa: uno por un traje pantalón de color naranja y el otro por un pantalón azul con flores bordadas. Me decepciona el servicio de paquetería que utilizaron para la entrega. Me pedieron que fuera a sus oficinas, lo cual es difícil para mí debido a la distancia y a mis problemas de articulaciones. El repartidor indicó que intentó entregar los productos, pero ni mi esposo ni yo estábamos en casa en ese momento. Por favor, consideren cambiar de empresa de transporte, ya que he escuchado muchas quejas al respecto. Agradezco su atención y espero que puedan resolver este inconveniente.
