I encountered issues with the latest update today affecting my credit card reader in the food truck. Despite trying to reset and rehook the reader, it still did not function properly. Consequently, I had to physically swipe customers' cards on the slide by the Toast terminal and resort to Square for Apple and Google pay transactions at the Shipyard. This caused delays in transactions, disrupting my usual 30-second service time. After contacting support, the call abruptly ended when providing my card reader's serial number. Dissatisfied with the situation, the update has caused my card reader to malfunction, and the Guest Pay option was also missing from the screen.
