I bought concert tickets in December [redacted] for an August [redacted] show. Due to event cancellations, the concert is rescheduled for August 30, [redacted]. However, there may have been changes to the opening act, which was a significant factor in my ticket purchase. I've extensively researched the concert details, but the information is conflicting. If the opening act is different, I'd like a refund as I had event insurance. I've been on hold with Ticketsmate for over an hour today and currently at the 30-minute mark while waiting. I attempted to email but received a Delivery Failure message. I confirmed the email address and resent it. The contact number I'm using to call them is [redacted].
