I am struggling to get assistance for a return that needs to be done by tomorrow. Despite purchasing a new printer, I am unable to print the return label as my printer is not cooperating. The phone lines have also been unresponsive, making the situation even more frustrating as I recently lost my mother unexpectedly. I urgently need help with this return, so please provide me with a link for the return label or send one directly (with free shipping). I have to leave town soon and need to resolve this promptly. I returned a Sak handbag with a label attached, but a different Sak handbag was accidentally placed in the bag. I still have the correct handbag that needs to be sent back. The mistakenly sent handbag was ordered from Amazon, and my daughter wishes to keep it. She will return the handbag I ordered from your company. Could you please locate the black Sak handbag labeled incorrectly and return it to me for ease of identification? It might be in an Amazon bag that was used to send it back. I appreciate your assistance and will send back the incorrect handbag as my daughter found it too small and prefers the one she received from Amazon. Thank you.

I placed an order for the Gaia tote in Verdant Multi this morning and applied my $20 reward. However, upon reviewing the confirmation email, I noticed that the wrong item was selected and the reward was not applied. Customer service has not been helpful, with emails bouncing back and a representative insisting on a refund instead of applying my reward. I have successfully used rewards on previous orders and know how the process works. I urgently need to correct the order to the Gaia tote in Verdant Multi for $[redacted].50 after the $20 reward is deducted. I do not want the Sequoia Hobo in Dusty Blue Heather. I value the positive experiences I have had with your company before this incident and hope to resolve this quickly. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
