I contacted Oregonian member services on December 8, [redacted] to cancel my subscriptions (#[redacted] & #[redacted]1) and paid the remaining balance of $39.22. I confirmed with the representative multiple times that no further action was required and my subscriptions would end on February 3, [redacted]. Despite this, I noticed I was still receiving the paper and being invoiced, leading to several more calls in March and May [redacted]. Each time, customer service acknowledged the error and assured me the accounts were clear. However, as of May 22, [redacted], a charge of $[redacted].26 was still showing on account [redacted]. After further discussions with Chris, I was informed that they were unable to resolve the issue and advised me to reach out via email. Please review my call history and take the necessary steps to resolve this ongoing problem.

There have been incidents at the mailboxes on the corner of [redacted] S Salo Rd. A paper delivery person was heard cursing loudly at 3:30 am. When questioned, they rudely drove off. Today, the same delivery person approached my mailbox, even though I don't have a subscription or box for the paper. I suspect they may be disposing of undelivered papers in my mailbox. I am an early riser and have witnessed this behavior multiple times. I believe this is a federal offense and seek resolution before involving authorities. Your assistance is appreciated.

I placed an order for Wednesday and Sunday paper delivery to my door. Upon being charged, the delivery was made to the road initially, followed by one Sunday paper to my door. Unfortunately, today's paper was not delivered. When I inquired, Michael claimed I had called on Monday, the 8th, to cancel, which is untrue. I suspect the carrier may have preferred not to deliver to the door and could have falsely cancelled the service. Michael refused a refund when I called this morning due to the missed paper. I am requesting either the paper be delivered to my door consistently or a full refund for the remaining undelivered papers, as only one arrived as agreed. I kindly ask for your prompt attention to this issue. Thank you.

I have been trying to get in touch with customer service multiple times but have not received any response for over 3.5 hours. The service from The Oregonian has been consistently poor, with ongoing issues for multiple years. I originally contacted them over 2 years ago due to financial problems and requested a change to my delivery frequency, but I am still being billed incorrectly and receiving the paper 4 days a week instead of 2. I demand a refund dating back to my initial inquiry. Despite being a customer for over 30 years, I am extremely frustrated and considering canceling my subscription. I urgently request a personal phone call to address these issues promptly.

Around August 14, [redacted], our entry gate's privacy screen was damaged during a paper delivery. After contacting Customer Service and eventually being linked with distributor Jessie Bell, we exchanged multiple calls regarding the issue. Jessie Bell requested receipts for repairs, which I sent around November 3 to Wilsonville, Oregon. Despite this, there has been no response. Despite attempts to follow up, communication has been limited to voicemails and promises to pass on information. Even after speaking with Stephanie and during a lengthy hold with Customer Service on December 12, no progress was made due to unavailability of supervisors. I mentioned the problem online to hasten resolution. Kindly direct this message to the relevant party. Thank you, Ron C.

I have been facing an issue for the last two days while trying to email Oregonian articles to others. I usually sign in, select an article, and use the email symbol to send it. However, recently, when I try to email, a blue screen appears prompting me to select a program to send the article with only a "Cancel" option. I contacted Customer Service, but the solutions provided didn't work, such as clearing cookies. This problem persists on all three browsers on my computer. I would appreciate any help in resolving this matter. Thank you.

I am frustrated by the constant flashing online ads added to the digital edition of the newspaper I've subscribed to for over 30 years. I pay a significant amount for this subscription, and I believe it's unfair to have to deal with these distracting ads. Kindly remove the flashing ads soon, or I may have to cancel my subscription permanently.

As an American citizen, I go by the name John Q Public. I reside in the northeast and want to express my solidarity with the demonstrators in Portland and other cities in Oregon. If we desire Trump to be re-elected for another term, we inadvertently play into his strategy of portraying himself as a "law and order" president by continuing with violent actions. Drawing from the past, when we protested aggressively during the Vietnam War, it resulted in Nixon being elected. We made a mistake then. I urge all protesters to continue expressing their views but cease the violence. If you encounter anyone inciting violence, intervene and stop them. Maintain your stance peacefully during protests; do not give Trump's forces a pretext to attack. Instead, allow them to initiate any confrontation and have the media document it. Reflect on the approaches of MLK and Gandhi, protest peacefully to win public support. Remember, violence only empowers the right-wing. Let's prevent another term of tyranny under Trump by choosing peaceful resistance for justice in the future.

When I tried accessing the online Oregonian, I mistakenly entered the wrong username and received an error message stating I'm not a subscriber. Even after restarting the browser and computer, the issue persisted. It seems the webpage is recognizing my device and not allowing me to log in correctly. This has been ongoing for two days. I've reached out via email to [redacted] but haven't received a response. I'm a paid subscriber and would like assistance with fixing this error. I am Bob Krampetz from Portland, Oregon.

In [redacted], my husband, Yakov Ovchinnikov, and I acquired some property through a contract. Unfortunately, there have been complications involving his son Fred’s behavior, legal issues, and the creation of a trust that has negatively impacted us. Despite hiring a lawyer named Joshua Stump, it seems that there have been false documents and deceit involved in this matter. The situation escalated to the point where we ended up in court regarding the property, which led to us losing ownership of [redacted] E. Lincoln Rd. in Woodburn, Oregon. I am currently unwell and facing eviction from my home due to these troubling circumstances. Any assistance or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Please reach out to me through Agfya Snegirev at Martin and Farley Law Firm to address the injustices we have faced in Marion County Courts. Thank you for your attention to this urgent matter. - Vassa O.

Hello, Today, I had a conversation with a representative from your company regarding the issue I have been experiencing with accessing my online bills for the past 6 months. Despite reaching out to [redacted] two or three times during this period, the problem has yet to be resolved. My details are as follows: Name: Wilbert Wyatt Dreger Address: [redacted] SW Dellwood Ave, Portland, OR, [redacted] Phone: [redacted] Email: [redacted] Whenever I try to view my bills by logging into My Account and selecting "View Bill," a message pops up saying that the invoices cannot be found. This recurring problem has persisted for approximately 6 months. I would greatly appreciate an update via email or phone call once the issue has been fixed. Kindly inform me if I have reached the correct department regarding this matter. Thank you.

I have not yet received my paper despite making a payment. I would appreciate it if you could have one delivered to me. I'd also like to address the issue with your website design. The functionality has decreased significantly. Previously, I could easily find solutions to various problems, but now it seems quite useless. For instance, when I encountered the problem of not receiving my paper, the website directed me to another site without providing a direct link. I had to search through Google for approximately 15 minutes before finding the right page to address my concern. Today, I received an email requesting feedback on the service, but after I submitted a rating, I was redirected to a webpage unrelated to the feedback process. Setting up a vacation delivery stop also presented challenges without the previous straightforward link to resolve issues. Unfortunately, it appears there's no effective way to solve problems online, leaving customers to navigate phone queues with uncertain outcomes. This is not the first time my paper delivery has been missed, despite notifying you within the designated timeframe. While I've been understanding of occasional delays, receiving late papers consistently or not at all is disappointing.

We did not receive today's edition of The Sunday Oregonian. This is a recurring issue that happens monthly. We eagerly anticipate our leisurely Sundays with the paper, so not getting it is highly disappointing. Walking down our driveway to find no paper is disheartening, to say the least. We have not previously reported this ongoing problem in the hopes of it resolving itself. Trying to contact The Oregonian by phone has proven unsuccessful, leaving us feeling unheard and frustrated. If this issue persists, we may have to consider cancelling our subscription to restore our Sunday joy.

For years, I have enjoyed receiving the Oregonian in my yellow newspaper tube by my mailbox. However, in the last four months, the new carrier has been consistently throwing the paper in the driveway, flower bed, or on the street gutter. Despite calling customer service numerous times to report this issue, they keep assuring me that they will mark my complaint as urgent. It is frustrating to have to repeatedly contact them over 25 times without any improvement. I hope a manager or the hiring staff can address this situation promptly and recognize the significance of the word "URGENT." - L.S.

I'm getting frustrated with the constant issue of my newspaper being thrown in the water gutters beside the road instead of my driveway at [redacted] SW Dosch Rd, Portland, Oregon [redacted]. The inconvenience of having to retrieve it daily is becoming tiresome. Unless this problem is resolved, I will have to cancel my subscription. I want to make it clear that there will not be any tips given until the delivery personnel start placing the paper up the driveway as requested. Thank you. - Ed and Cheryl M.
