I spent 8 hours at the emergency room on July 29th, but did not see a doctor. Despite having had 3 spinal surgeries at this hospital and falling, I was in extreme pain with no relief. They promised to arrange an MRI within 24 hours, but I could only get a CT scan at the time. I have been trying to reach the ER with no luck, and when I finally got through, I was transferred to a closed line. It has been very frustrating trying to get help and my pain medication has run out. Despite no one setting up appointments or contacting me within the promised time frame, I am still waiting for assistance. The lack of response and support from the hospital is making my situation even worse.
