We received a damaged desk from The Classy Home in Paterson, New York, with a large dent in one of its corners. After speaking with Debbie from the store, she requested I email a picture of the damage, which I promptly did. I attempted to create a customer support return ticket online without success. I then contacted the trucking company and spoke with Madeline from California, who mentioned they just need authorization to pick up the desk from our home. We are looking for a replacement desk in perfect condition and would like the store to arrange a refund for us. Thank you for your support and customer service.

Unfortunately, upon opening the box with the table top, I discovered it was cracked in several places. I have taken photos to document the damage. The other packages were undamaged. I am disappointed that it took several weeks to arrive and that I now have to deal with a damaged item. Instead of a full refund, I would like a replacement tabletop to be shipped to me. Kindly advise on the return process and the estimated delivery timeframe for the replacement. Thank you, Julia Poole
