What is your return policy?

The Classy Home understands that sometimes a return is necessary. We offer a hassle-free return policy to ensure ultimate customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging intact. We do not accept returns for personalized or customized items. To initiate a return, simply contact our customer service team who will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization number. Please note that return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund amount. Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5 business days.
