Reservation Number: MXYHWX for Mr. and Mrs. Gomperts
We hold a booking from Bangkok to Melbourne on August 5 with Thai Airways. Due to medical reasons, we urgently need to change our flight from August 5 to June 25 at 00:15. Our reservation number is MXYHWX for Mr. and Mrs. Gomperts. Please assist us in modifying the flight and inform us promptly as we depart Amsterdam for Bangkok on June 23 at 21:40 with EVA Air. We arrive in Bangkok on June 24 at 13:40 and require the connecting flight to Melbourne on June 25 at 00:15 with Thai Airways. We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter.
Additionally, I want to mention that on my first printout, all the dates were missing. However, upon attempting to edit the document, I noticed that the dates were actually present (as shown above).

I had booked a flight from Manila to Bangkok for August 17, [redacted], on flight TH [redacted]. Due to the Xiamen Airline incident that led to the closure of the runway, my flight got canceled. I was disappointed by the lack of communication from Thai Airways. Despite no text, email, or call, I made inquiries myself by contacting NAIA and the TG office, only to find no assistance available. Even when I visited the airport, the lack of information or support from Thai Airways was concerning. The irresponsible and indifferent behavior towards passengers was shocking. I am requesting a full refund for my flight if I am unable to reschedule for my preferred dates.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I recently received notification of a change in my original flight time, which has caused me great disappointment. While I understand that changes can occur, it is essential to ensure that customers are accommodated appropriately. The flight I initially booked had a short stopover, allowing me to save money while still arriving at my destination at a convenient time. The new flight time not only costs more but also inconveniences my travel plans, especially since I am flying with my two young children on a long journey from Norway to Australia.
The shorter layover was crucial for my children's comfort and overall travel experience. Furthermore, I had planned this trip to celebrate my mother's 60th birthday with my parents, who also require swift and efficient travel arrangements. Given the unforeseen changes, I believe it is only fair to receive adequate compensation, considering the expenses incurred for hotels and the added travel time.
If the flight schedule remains unchanged, my family and I will have to book a lounge at the Bangkok airport to rest during the extended layover. I trust that the airline will cover these additional costs due to the circumstances beyond our control. The significantly extended travel time is not ideal, and I respectfully request a prompt resolution or a refund so that we can explore alternative options like Emirates for better pricing and shorter flights.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Best regards,
LM Dybvik

We are unable to leave Koh Phangan due to our son's illness, and his doctor recommends a five-day stay. We rescheduled our Bangkok Air flight from USM to BKK departing on 21/03 to the new date of 26/03. We wish to make changes to our reservation NQMBEW for a party of five, splitting into two groups. The first group consists of Mae Belle McDonald and Laura Becker, who will keep the same flights to DPS on March 22 and back on April 4. The second group, including Kandice Anne Korves-Kaus, Andrew Mason Kaus, and Kadence Alturas Kaus, needs to modify their first flight to Bali to Wednesday 22/03. They aim to keep their return flight to Bangkok on April 04. This adjustment allows our son to recover before traveling to Bali. Thank you, Kandice and Andrew.

To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to request assistance with our travel arrangements. We have upcoming flights, with a return flight scheduled for April 1, [redacted], from Siem Reap to Bangkok, followed by a flight with Thai Airways on April 4 to London.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, we no longer need the Siem Reap flight. We do not seek a refund for this, but we wish to confirm that our flight from Bangkok to London on April 4 is unaffected. It seems impractical to fly to Siem Reap only to return to Bangkok for our onward journey. Therefore, we seek clarification that missing the Siem Reap flight on April 1 will not impact our travel to London on April 4.
We appreciate your prompt attention to this matter and eagerly await your response.
Thank you,
Eleanor M.

I recently changed my flight from Thailand to England due to the Coronavirus, which incurred an additional cost of over Three Hundred and Fifty Pounds. I have been a loyal passenger of Thai Air for twelve years, always traveling on the London Bangkok, Bangkok Perth, Perth Bangkok, and Bangkok London routes. The original flight was scheduled for April 2 as TG916 but was rescheduled to February 27 as TG916.
During the change process, I was initially informed that the flight was full, but miraculously a seat became available after a few minutes. Upon departure from Bangkok, I noticed many empty seats, indicating the flight was not as full as initially claimed. Given my long-standing relationship with Thai Air, I respectfully request a refund or a discount on a future flight to rectify the situation.
I expressed my concerns to your staff at the time of the change.
Best regards,
Kenneth Carr

I had a flight booked to Thailand. I was scheduled to leave on an April 6, [redacted] flight number TG [redacted] with a connecting flight to Trat, PG0301, and return on April 12, Trat to Bangkok PG0308, and Bangkok to Melbourne TG0465. Unfortunately, the flight got canceled due to the Coronavirus and travel restrictions by the Australian Government. I needed to chaperone my husband home from rehab, which is why I was traveling. I am requesting a full refund promptly, as this situation is out of my control. I am facing financial hardship, having lost $[redacted], which is a significant amount for me, especially since I recently battled cancer. I have been trying to reach you by phone without success. Please contact me at [redacted] to discuss the refund. Thank you. Nicole

My flight departure time was changed from March 20th at 8:55 pm to March 19th at 8:55 pm due to the Australia travel ban. I received an email about the rescheduling at 9:48 pm. Despite visiting the Thai Airways office in Phnom Penh, the staff were unaware of the changes. They advised me to email for a refund, which I promptly did. However, I have not received any response yet.
I am able to provide evidence of the rescheduling email and other relevant emails if necessary, although I cannot upload multiple files here.
Please process the refund for me as I have already purchased a new ticket to Melbourne. It would be extremely disappointing if I do not receive a refund for my original flight with Thai Airways.
Thank you for your assistance.
