About a year ago, my ex-friend brought some shady individuals around, and one of them stole my phone. Since then, I've been struggling to regain access to all my accounts, from emails to social media to banking. I recently managed to get back into my email, but my TextNow number got reassigned, leaving me unable to access my social media accounts which hold precious memories of my children. My wife is devastated, especially since we lost our home in a fire around the same time my phone was stolen, losing everything in just three minutes. I urgently need help to retrieve my old number to regain access to my accounts and recover our family's memories. I have all the necessary information and am willing to pay to recover the number or find a way to receive texts on my new number. Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I acquired number [redacted] last year and have been using it since. Recently, I was unexpectedly logged out of my TextMe app, and upon inquiring, I was informed that my account has been deleted. I am puzzled as I pay my subscription fee monthly, with the last payment made on the 30th of August. It has only been 2 days since the payment went through. I run a cleaning business and this number holds a significant number of my clients' contact information. If account recovery is not an option, I kindly request to have the same number assigned to me so I can create a new account. I am willing to pay for a year's subscription to ensure continuity of service. I am hoping for a prompt resolution as this situation poses a significant loss for my business. Your assistance in recovering my contacts or providing the same number would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hello, I am a Textme user. I have been using the service since last year and always renewed my number. Recently, I noticed a price increase, which is fine with me. However, I was surprised to discover that I now need to deduct my credit score to send a text message. Each text message deducts 5 credit scores. I purchased the number, but I can't send texts because my credit score is already depleted. This situation seems illogical. To send a text, I now have to spend $20 on the number and even more on credit scores. Although my number indicates that SMS is available, I am unable to send any texts when my credit score is exhausted.
