I recently contacted customer service to request that bills not be sent a month ahead of the due date. Providing personal details like a driver's license should not be necessary. It feels invasive, and I am considering switching to a different provider. The practice of billing a month in advance and asking for unnecessary personal information is off-putting. The insistence on a driver's license seems unjustified and excessive. This situation has led me to explore other options to avoid these issues.

I am considering switching to another carrier due to the advanced billing and privacy concerns regarding providing personal information like a driver's license which was not initially required. Your practices seem unfair, especially as you insist on details unrelated to my phone bill. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, and I can find a resolution that doesn't involve the need for my driver's license or early bill payments.
