I have been a loyal Telenor customer for a long time, and my Aadhar card was linked to my Telegram number. Unfortunately, in [redacted], I lost my phone which had that number. I never recovered the number due to the negligence of an outlet employee who provided SIM cards to the public and was involved in identity theft. Consequently, I ended up with a connection registered under someone else's name. Now, I urgently need that number for various purposes like filing my Income Tax Return, especially with the use of OTPs. Is there any way I can retrieve that number? Dear Telenor Pakistan, I have worked as a retailer for Telenor for 14 years, and I am disheartened by the treatment I have received from the franchisees in my area. Despite multiple attempts to request a transfer to another franchise, no action has been taken. This situation is negatively affecting my services such as EasyLoad, EasyPay, Bill Payment, SIM Activation, SIM Replacement, and MNP. Specifically, I am requesting a change from the franchise run by Ijaz Ahmed in Nushki to a different location. I trust that you will address this matter promptly for a resolution. Dear Sir, I have been having issues with my telephone number, +46 7[redacted]0, in Sweden. I recently topped up my phone with [redacted] kr for [redacted] minutes, but the balance keeps emptying abruptly, as it has done several times before. I suspect there may be a security breach or a technical problem with Telenor as this has been a recurring issue. Being abroad currently, it is frustrating to have the balance disappear soon after recharging. I have been with Telenor for many years and this is unacceptable. I kindly request a review of my account to investigate why this keeps happening. Please send any relevant numbers and information to my Gmail as I am unable to send or receive SMS at the moment. On April 6, [redacted], I made a payment of Rs3600 through my credit card via the Telenor App. I received a receipt from Easy Paisa confirming the payment for my cell number 0[redacted]. The store name on the receipt is "My Telenor App-Store," with Order ID PM_PB_bDw_0yTZi and Transaction ID AUTH_TXN-[redacted]. I visited the Boat Basin franchise office in Clifton, Karachi, and filed a complaint as the amount is still showing as arrears despite the payment. I have also emailed your organization but have not received any resolution. I kindly request once more to resolve this issue promptly; otherwise, I will have to cancel my number. Whenever I turn on the data, it doesn't work. If this continues, I will have to switch networks. Please solve my issue as I can't use the internet nor make calls, it's like wasting our money. The network is not working; please look into it. I request your help. My SIM card is Telenor, and for the past two months, the data is not working properly. I recharge with [redacted] every month, but still, the issue persists.

Hello, I have been a long-time user of Easypaisa. Recently, I took out an Easyloan of [redacted].88 Pakistani Rupees, which I paid late. Yesterday, the money was deducted from my account, and I spoke to customer service who confirmed that my loan payment was complete and my loan account was clear. However, today, another payment was deducted from my account, the same amount of [redacted].88 Pakistani Rupees. I would appreciate it if this issue could be resolved promptly. Thank you. Dear Community, I'm reaching out for advice on how to proceed with closing my father's Telenor SIM card. Unfortunately, it was lost during a robbery along with some important documents in my wife's purse after we attended my father's burial in Sawabi. When attempting to close the SIM at the Franchise, I was asked to provide my father's death certificate, which was also lost in the same purse. I have filed a FIR at the local Police Station and have the report ready to submit for the SIM closure. Despite this, the staff member insists on the death certificate. Dear Sir, Yesterday, I activated the Mahana Budget offer for [redacted] PKR, which includes [redacted] Telenor minutes and 10 off-net minutes. However, after making a call, I received a message to either recharge my account or get an emergency load of 20 rupees. I proceeded to recharge 80 PKR from my EasyPaisa account and made a 10-minute call to a Telenor number, but I was charged 50 PKR or slightly more. Even though I still have [redacted] Telenor minutes left, they are not working. Please help me resolve this issue. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Hello, I am Kamran. I am facing an issue with my Easy Paisa account number [redacted]6 which has been blocked unintentionally. I urgently need access to it. Unfortunately, being abroad with my SIM on international roaming, visiting the office is not feasible. I have exhausted all other options and hope for assistance to resolve this matter.
