I am extremely frustrated with Telecheck and their faulty approval system! Imagine if your CEO were to write a check with funds in the account, only to be embarrassed by a declined payment due to Telecheck deeming it "high risk" for lack of account history. This experience is unacceptable, causing unnecessary humiliation. Moving forward, I will inquire if a store uses Telecheck before making purchases and will avoid such retailers. The current system is flawed, and the guidelines are ineffective.

I am reaching out regarding a customer who encountered a situation with a local merchant processing the same check number with different amounts, resulting in the bank returning the second presentment as a duplicate. Since then, the customer, Lynette Murray, has faced difficulties writing checks. Certain merchants require her to manually write out the check, which gets processed as a paper item, while another merchant refuses to accept her checks without providing any denial code. For the past 8 months, I have been struggling to get TeleCheck to remove an inaccurate entry from my record. Despite seeking help from the State of South Carolina Dept. of Consumer Affairs and hiring a private attorney, there has been no progress. A supposed "unpaid check" dated December 23, [redacted], was settled in January [redacted] through Money Gram at Walmart. Manor Resources insists on keeping this false claim on file. I am concerned about how long this will affect my record, especially considering the three-year statute of limitations in South Carolina for non-governmental debt.

I signed up for Telecheck at a casino in Miami, Oklahoma. When I scanned my physical check, they approved me for $[redacted]. However, when the cashier tried to access the funds, my balance showed as zero. After the cashier called Telecheck, my account was reset and the funds were available after a short wait. A week later, the same issue occurred. Again, after calling Telecheck, my account was reset, and the funds became accessible. The cashier mentioned they can't continue doing this for me. I am unsure why this keeps happening since I am initially approved. I would like to cancel the service now. I am not sure how to proceed with the cancellation, as the casino staff also seem unsure. Any assistance on how to cancel this service would be greatly appreciated.

After contacting Telecheck as directed on the receipt, they explained that the problem was due to our infrequent check usage and requested additional information, which we promptly provided. I followed up on 12/19, where another representative reviewed the details again. Despite this, I am still uncertain whether we can confidently write a check at the grocery store without any complications. When attempting to pay C-Spire online with an electronic check from my Regions account, the payment is declined, and I am directed to contact Telecheck. Despite multiple attempts, I encounter difficulty reaching someone due to "Negative Information" on my account which leads to disconnections. I aim to address this issue to clear up any misunderstandings with assistance from the BBB and the state Attorney General. According to C-Spire, two checks supposedly returned from Walmart in April [redacted] are not associated with my account as I solely use a debit card there. It is crucial to rectify this error promptly so that I can settle my C-Spire bill seamlessly. I have also tried submitting a form on the Telecheck website, but this proved to be unsuccessful. Since the beginning of the year, I have been consistently having trouble getting my check verified at the pharmacy. Last night, I was driven to tears by the lady's rude behavior towards me when my HSA check was declined once again. It's frustrating to spend 45 minutes or more each time I fill a prescription due to check verification issues. This often happens, especially if the amount is over $[redacted]. I have multiple children who require medication, including a daughter with severe asthma whose meds are quite costly. Watching her struggle and then dealing with the stress of check denials is heartbreaking. As a parent supporting a family of 9 on a single income, it's challenging to have to use personal funds when my HSA check isn't accepted. I urgently need assistance with this ongoing problem. Despite my attempts, the pharmacy has not been helpful in resolving the issue. I am considering changing pharmacies due to their uncooperative attitude. However, it's crucial to address this matter as the next pharmacy might have similar policies. Telecheck keeps denying my checks despite having enough funds in my bank account. I believe I shouldn't even be in their system. A check that Family Dollar processed was mistakenly deposited into someone else's account causing it to bounce when it should have cleared in my account. Family Dollar re-deposited the check into my account, and it went through without any issues. I regularly shop and find it frustrating that Telecheck denies my checks, especially when I have the money to cover them. I noticed two unauthorized charges on my bank statement from a service I did not use or authorize. This seems to be fraudulent activity related to ACH payments to AMAZON.COM SERVI INTERNET TELECHK [redacted]-[redacted]-92. The amounts are $5.49 and $27.82, and I would like a full refund for both as I did not approve these transactions.

I believe I have the right to understand why this issue occurred.
