I've been trying to address this issue ever since I discovered he didn't receive his Christmas present. The charge on my bank statement is as follows: TEETURTLE LLC SEQ# [redacted] -50.00 I attempted to submit the contact form on the Tee Turtle website, but I encountered an issue with the verification code. The process did not provide instructions on how to obtain the code. My son is a devoted Tee Turtle fan, and I'm disappointed by this unsatisfactory experience. The contact form on Teeturtles' website is not functional on both Chrome and Firefox. This issue prevents me from contacting them or placing an order. The form does not accept payments via PayPal or credit card, and it fails to fill out correctly. As someone in the web development field, I avoid social media due to security concerns. I hope Teeturtles can address these website problems or provide alternative contact methods.
