Hello,
I have been a Tasker for more than a year. After updating the app last week, a task waiting to reschedule got canceled, and I was logged out of the app. When I attempted to sign back in, I was informed that the Miami area is not accepting new Taskers due to low demand.
Despite my one-year tenure as an active Tasker, I am now classified as a new Tasker. How can I go back online, especially during the busy university student moving season for the new semester?

I scheduled a task on your French app on June 29th. The tasker requested cash payment, which I agreed to as the order originated from an Ikea-recommended website. However, my bank account was still charged a few days later. I have contacted Taskrabbit multiple times via email for a refund. Taskrabbit did not verify that the tasker was already paid, confirmed later by the tasker himself via text. Taskrabbit France has not provided contact information for legal inquiries. Recently, Taskrabbit has ceased all communication in response to my emails. From account creation to placing the order on the app, there was no indication against paying taskers in cash (although the tasker requested it, not by my choice). Can you assist me, or will Taskrabbit allow the tasker to be paid twice despite my notifications? Additionally, I need to locate contact information for Taskrabbit in France for potential legal action.

Hello, one of the two taskers who completed the task booked last Friday is asking me for billing information via WhatsApp. Is this a standard procedure? I want to make sure it's safe before sharing personal data, especially since I've already paid. Can TaskRabbit send me this request through official channels? Thank you.

I've been attempting to use the TaskRabbit app all day, but it won't open. I visited the TaskRabbit website instead and proceeded to book a Tasker, but encountered an error message at the final stage of booking. The Tasker I tried to book earlier did not respond, so I presume they're not available for my task. I am unable to book a replacement at this time. This is not the first time I've had issues with the app. Additionally, I receive strange messages from TaskRabbit about Taskers not being available when I haven't made any bookings. Hopefully, the technical issues are resolved soon so I can hire someone for my task.

I recently created an account but seem to have entered the wrong email address. As a result, I am not receiving any emails and am unable to access or reset my account. I have a task pending, but I can't share details with the assigned person since I can't access my account. I tried unsuccessfully to create a new account to rectify this issue. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I recently opened an account and need to book a Tasker for tomorrow. I can't receive the verification code sent to my cell phone due to technical issues. Instead, my landline and email are available under my account. Customer service mentioned my bank must provide a code, but contacting them didn't resolve the issue. No holds are on the card provided, and changing cards on the site was unsuccessful. This problem has caused delays in booking Taskers, affecting my deadlines.

IKEA advised waiting for all deliveries before booking Taskrabbit. How likely can I book Taskrabbit services on the same day packages arrive for assembly by the 30th?
