Taco Bueno Customer Service Issues

I ordered the whole platter, but I received one enchilada, cold beans, cold rice, and half a taco shell with two blobs of sour cream. My child ordered nachos and two crunchy tacos for a total of $21.90. We were asked to pull up without receiving our change of 10 cents or a receipt. After waiting close to 10 minutes parked, I had to go inside to get our food. I am very displeased with the service and cannot reach anyone by phone. Please respond.

My order was incorrect, and my boyfriend found undercooked hamburger meat in his burrito after just one bite. When we brought it back, the staff first claimed it was tomato sauce. After I showed them the pink and red interior of the hamburger, we still faced resistance in getting a refund to his card.
