On December 2nd, [redacted] after church, I visited Taco Bueno. I placed an order at 12:15 PM but received it at 12:38 PM. There were only three workers, and they seemed agitated due to someone not showing up for work. They complained about possible write-ups. Unfortunately, my order was incomplete as I was missing a pork street taco. The steak tacos had only two pieces of steak each. When I asked about the missing item, they said it would take a few minutes. I requested a refund for the missing taco and noticed one of the staff members wiping her face with her gloved hands while preparing food, which was concerning. As I waited for the refund, I witnessed other customers leaving due to the slow service and unprofessional behavior of the staff. Despite being a long-time customer, this experience at the Taco Bueno located at [redacted] 12th Ave S.E. in Norman, Oklahoma, was disappointing. The cold food, poor service, and overall negative atmosphere made this visit one of the worst ever.

I recently visited the Taco Bueno in Crossroads, Texas, and was informed that they were 30 minutes behind on orders despite there being few customers present. Unfortunately, my previous experiences at this location have also included receiving cold or subpar food with missing items. The overall decline in service may lead to a loss of customers for this newly opened store. I believe offering complimentary items or improving their operations would greatly enhance customer satisfaction. I am a dedicated fan of Taco Bueno and hope to see positive changes at this location soon. Thank you.

My name is Diosa Fuentes. I began working at Taco Bueno in Tahlequah, Oklahoma in [redacted]. On July 1st, I was unexpectedly dismissed by Samantha Sateren at 7 am. When I arrived at work, it was clear others were assigned tasks while I wasn't, leading me to suspect something was amiss. Despite reporting issues with Griselda Mojica, no action was taken, as she's a favored employee due to babysitting for Samantha. After a conflict with Griselda, I was accused of something I didn't do, and despite my attempts to address the situation with Samantha, no resolution was reached. Griselda even wrongly accused me of inappropriate behavior with the manager, David Graison. I have proof of Griselda's ill intentions and disrespect towards me. Samantha's bias in handling the situation and unjust firing have left me seeking clarification and documentation to appeal for government assistance.

I worked at Taco Bueno since [redacted] as a key holder. Unfortunately, I was terminated on July 2, [redacted] by Samantha Sateren without a valid reason. I raised concerns about a conflict with a colleague named Griselda, but Samantha seemed biased as she did not address the issue fairly. Despite Griselda's inappropriate behavior and discrimination towards me, I was the one dismissed without proper explanation. When I requested my termination report to apply for food assistance, Samantha delayed providing it, further complicating the situation. I believe the handling of my termination was unjust and one-sided, and I am seeking transparency by requesting the report. I hope for a resolution to this situation promptly. Thank you for your attention.

I visited the Taco Bueno in Sherman, Texas on Texoma Parkway today. I ordered a chicken quesadilla with extra red dipping sauce. When I got home, I found that all the red dipping sauces were only filled halfway and the plastic tops were bulging, indicating air inside. Unfortunately, the red sauce tasted rancid. Surprisingly, all four sauces were in the same condition. To add to the disappointment, my chicken quesadilla didn't have any chicken - it was filled with beans and cheese instead. I attempted to contact the store three times, but no one answered the phone after it rang for five minutes each time without an answering service. I am disappointed because not only did I waste money on this meal, but my trust in my favorite dining spot has been shaken. It's alarming to think they served spoiled salsa without hesitation, especially since my children and I eat there regularly.

I visited the drive-thru on September 2nd at 5:04 pm and received ticket number [redacted], order number [redacted]. My total was quoted as $5.20, and I paid in cash. Upon checking my receipt, it displayed a [redacted]% manager discount, showing a total of "0.00". Upon contacting the store, I was informed that the manager was manning the drive-thru at that time. After speaking with the manager at [redacted] and subsequently with Doyle at [redacted], who is another manager, I shared the issue and provided a screenshot of the receipt for their review. I suspect this may not be an isolated incident and have concerns about possible mishandling of cash sales by the manager involved.

The Glenpool, Oklahoma Taco Bueno really needs to improve their management and increase their staff. Every time I visit, there are long lines with only one drive-through lane open, resulting in about a 20-minute wait. Despite the convenience of being close to me, I witness several cars leaving out of frustration. Today, I waited 17 minutes just to place an order through the speaker system, while three cars ahead of me gave up and left. This unacceptable service reflects poorly on the business. They should address these issues promptly by managing the location better and ensuring enough staff to handle the demand efficiently.

My family visited the Taco Bueno in Shawnee, OK on 10/18/19. It was, without a doubt, the worst experience at a restaurant we've ever had. The manager was extremely rude to my daughter, and although we should have left then, we decided to stay. We spent about $50, but most of the food ended up in the trash. They had no coke, original salsa, or forks. The taco meat was undercooked, the chips were overly salty, and I saw an employee add water to the cheese sauce, making it watery and tasteless. Please don't offer me free food, as I will never return to any Taco Bueno branch after this experience. This was completely unacceptable, and it's clear the manager needs to be replaced. There were three other families who shared our negative opinion.

I recently bought some food that was very disappointing. The queso in my mexi dips and chips had large globs in it, one the size of a golf ball. The chips were incredibly stale, and the beans were crusted and dried out. The beef muchaco I ordered had no meat at all. To top it off, our tacos were also dried out and in pieces. I have photos of all the issues I encountered and have tried multiple times to contact someone about this matter, but I have not received any response so far.

I had a disappointing experience at Taco Bueno store #[redacted] in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma, last night. I ordered two beef Taco Salads and one “Mexichips and Dip” to go. The wait time was excessive at about 25 minutes, even though I was only the 3rd customer. Unfortunately, they were out of jalapenos and green salsa, and our taco salads were missing sour cream, guacamole, and the chips were not fresh. The beans were cold and didn't taste right. I tried calling the store but the line was busy. Despite the employees appearing busy and the store being clean, I am hoping for a refund for the unsatisfactory meal. - John B. Sr. 11/30/[redacted]

Yesterday I ordered 12 tamales, but I received three that looked like they had been smashed by a car. I returned the order and the manager apologized, mentioning he was having a rough day. I was given another order, but as I got closer to home, I discovered it was also smashed with human hair throughout. The lady at the drive-through window was quite rude.

I had a disappointing experience at a Taco Bueno in Tulsa, Oklahoma. When we placed our order, the staff was rushed and rude. At the window, they were not friendly. We realized we were missing two items but were unable to return inside as the doors were locked. When we went back through the drive-thru, it took us 30 minutes to get to the window. The manager was unhelpful and acted as though we were at fault. Eventually, I asked for a refund, and she threw away the food with a bad attitude. We have decided not to return to this particular Taco Bueno in the future.

I visited store # [redacted] (order# [redacted]) expecting it to be open at 10:30. However, when I got to the drive-thru at 10:53, I waited for 2-3 minutes with no service. The employee informed me it would be a further 10 minutes before I could order. When I inquired if I could still place my order and wait at the window, he did not respond and seemed to ignore me. After pulling around to the window, the employee reluctantly took my order. When I asked for his name and his boss's information due to his unprofessional behavior, he identified himself as Chris, claiming to be the general manager and refused to provide further contact details. The employee's disrespectful attitude culminated in him closing the window on me while making derogatory remarks. This establishment is in need of new management as the service has severely declined.

I received extremely poor service at Taco Bueno [redacted] on 61st & Garnett in Tulsa, OK. On 2-18-[redacted] at 5:44 p.m., I went through the drive-thru and ordered a beef chilada platter with extra chili sauce, a small drink, and a soft taco. Despite repeating my order multiple times, my drink and taco were missing from my final order. When I pointed this out, I was told I had to pay extra for them since they weren't on my receipt. The employee's attitude and behavior were unprofessional, making me feel upset and concerned about the quality of my food. Even after speaking to the manager, I was disappointed as he sided with the employees and did not address my concerns. This experience was unacceptable, and I will not be returning to any Taco Bueno establishments in the future. Staff should be trained on how to treat customers respectfully and professionally, especially in situations of miscommunication like mine.

I visited the Taco Bueno in Little Rock, Arkansas, at Mabelvale Plaza on March 1, [redacted]. The staff member named Michael, who took my order, was extremely rude. When I requested jalapeños and pico de gallo at the window, he mentioned possibly charging for them and only gave me one cup of each for two meals. When I asked to speak to the manager, he claimed to be the manager and did not provide the corporate number, saying they are owner-operated. He didn't give me the owner's contact either, mentioning that the owner lives out of town. Michael's behavior and attitude were unprofessional, and if he truly is the manager, he should be let go due to his unpleasant demeanor and unprofessional appearance.

I had a disappointing experience at the 70th and Peoria location in Tulsa. After going through the drive-thru, I realized they had completely messed up my order. Instead of the 3 beef and cheese burritos I ordered, I received 2 bean burritos. Additionally, the 2 tacos I requested with just meat and cheese were missing. This mix-up left me with 3 bean and cheese burritos, which was not what I wanted. Unfortunately, my youngest son, who dislikes beans, couldn't eat his dinner. While I should have checked the bag before leaving, it's crucial for the staff to get the orders right. I have encountered similar issues at this location before. I kindly request to either receive the correct order or a refund. Thank you for addressing this matter promptly.

I recently visited a new Taco Bueno store, number [redacted]. Unfortunately, the store is not listed on buenosurvey.com, so I was unable to fill out the survey. The attendant made a mistake with our order and although she apologized and acknowledged the error was hers, she charged us extra to correct it. I had ordered a beef burrito, but we received a beef taco instead. Our order number was [redacted]. Regards, Sherri D. [redacted] Hidden Creek Drive Kingwood, TX [redacted]

I have an issue with the new Taco Bueno on [redacted] in Denton, TX. I've visited three times before closing around 9:40 PM, and no one answers. Despite seeing people inside with the open sign still illuminated, no one responds. The operating hours should be reliable, with this branch meant to be open until 10:30 PM. However, my experiences almost an hour before closing show a lack of willingness to work. This situation is frustrating, especially considering this is a new establishment.

While working with my heart monitor and sensor connected to my chest, I experienced a low sensor battery that needed charging. Despite explaining the medical emergency to the GM, I was not allowed to leave until someone else arrived. The shift manager who came in was unable to take over due to being on crutches, which angered the GM further. The GM's reaction was inappropriate, yelling at me in front of customers. I expressed that I should not endure verbal abuse, leading to my termination. I have tried to contact Angela, the GM's Boss, with no response, so I am seeking assistance from corporate regarding the mistreatment by the new GM, Jenifer Barkley at Taco Bueno in Muskogee, OK. I would appreciate it if someone could reach out to me.

On November 30, [redacted], I placed an order for Taco Bueno in Greenville, TX [redacted] online for $26.80 using CashApp. Despite payment confirmation, when I arrived for pickup at 8:45 pm, the store was closed with no prior notice on their website. This left me hungry and frustrated. I am requesting a refund for the order and suggesting that Taco Bueno should update their website promptly to prevent such incidents from occurring in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
