I bought a pair of Puma Men's PROAdapt Delta US as a Christmas gift for our son-in-law and opted for expedited delivery by paying an extra $15. Despite no delivery issues like bad weather, the shoes did not arrive by Christmas, leaving me quite disappointed. I regret spending extra money on speedy delivery for these pricey shoes that didn't make it on time. I believe a refund of $15 is owed to me due to the non-delivery of the shoes.

This company provided me with a service for a year. However, they left a pest control product that did not match my preferences. I have been struggling to cancel as they do not answer my calls, return my callbacks, respond to chats, or reply to emails. I even received a callback, which turned out to be a scam asking for my credit card information. I am unsure if this is a scam by the company itself or if their callback system has been compromised. Either way, I am very disappointed with the level of customer service at this company.
