Hello, my name is Raven. My account number is [redacted]. I missed my car payment for the [redacted] Chevy Cruze due on the 29th. I plan to make payments for July and August on 09/12/[redacted] and catch up completely on 09/26/[redacted], accepting the late fees. Should I make a partial payment now or is this arrangement acceptable? I want to prevent negative impacts on my credit. I was unemployed from June 29th due to company restructuring and only recently started working again. This bill is the last one I need to catch up on. I tried to pay my bill today by calling the usual number but the automated system said it couldn't process my payment. Despite calling before the customer service closing time of 10pm, the automated response said they were closed. This is the first time I've faced a late fee because my payment wasn't accepted through the phone system and I couldn't reach customer service. I'd appreciate the chance to resolve this issue before seeking further action. Thank you.

I am trying to contact a Manager at TD because I called the phone number [redacted], and Ms. Marta (Ugurria) answered. I didn't quite catch her last name clearly. She asked me many security questions, such as where I bought the car, the terms of the purchase, the year of purchase, my address, the car's make, the month and year of purchase, among others. Some of the answers I didn't know, as my husband, Mr. Alberto Garcia, who knows all this information, was with me. When he tried to answer, she refused and said she couldn't hear a second voice. I explained he handles all the car information, but she still refused to provide any information or transfer me to a representative. When I called back, she hung up on me. It is disrespectful and unprofessional. I value TD as a bank, but it is disappointing to encounter such lack of professionalism in their representatives.

I have been trying to resolve an issue with a customer who has passed away. I have submitted all the required documents to you twice, once by mail and once by fax including a death certificate, with letters dating back to around August [redacted]. Despite six months passing, the truck remains written off in my yard. I have been waiting on the phone for over 15 minutes now. I was informed by one representative that according to the state of Wyoming, all requests must be in writing, which I have done, both in writing and verbally. We are requesting for the truck to be picked up as the insurance has been cancelled. You can contact Carmen Ornelas at [redacted] for permission to discuss the matter with Helena Arnold. Due to the coronavirus, my husband has been laid off. His workplace and our area are both on lockdown. I receive Social Security for my disability, and I am the one responsible for making our payment on the 25th of every month. I've always made payments on time, but I'm struggling to make it this month. I have tried reaching out for assistance through the website's message center multiple times.

I am appealing the decline of my auto loan with TD Auto Finance. I provided my driver's license, but should I also submit my passport? I have additional proof of identity, like property tax under my name, Eugenia R. Ramsey, along with my husband David Ramsey. Our house's taxes are paid quarterly with my signature. Utility bills are paid from a Bank of America account, and lease payments came from the same bank. I mentioned Affinity Credit Union where I have a history of over 20 years. Additionally, I hold a joint account with stocks at Fidelity. For further verification, I own property at Township of Shamong Block: 12.13 lot 7, and another house at 84 Fairmount Ave. Chatham, NJ. I am wondering what else is needed to prove my identity and financial existence.

I have been attempting to contact TD Auto Finance regarding a vehicle parked at my residence, which they are looking to repossess. Despite multiple calls, including from friends who own tow truck companies, we have not been able to reach anyone. We are seeking information on how to report the VIN number and address associated with the car's location, so it can be retrieved from my driveway, which is about 45 minutes to an hour away from the reported location.

I've been battling covid and hospitalized for 33 days. Even though I'm still positive, I'm getting discharged tomorrow. It's unfortunate that my vehicle is up for repossession due to my hospital stay and covid. After a long wait on hold, the person I finally spoke to is suggesting that I buy out the vehicle. It seems like my situation of having covid and being in the hospital doesn't factor in. I just want to pay the overdue amount and retrieve my vehicle. Can someone please assist me with this situation?

After investigating, I realized that the issue lies in the payment process between your company and my bank. I diligently sent my payments by mail with checks, which I have proofs of through my bank statements. However, there seems to have been a mix-up when I updated my bank account number in February, resulting in the payment being returned to my old account instead of being processed with the new one. This misunderstanding is not my fault, as I have made all efforts to fulfill my car payment obligations. Despite my attempts, I am unable to access my account online. Additionally, I have had a negative experience with an employee named Darrel, who was disrespectful towards me and my daughter. I believe there is a discrepancy due to the bank error, and I kindly request assistance in resolving this matter and restoring my online account access.

Since June 11, [redacted], I have been attempting to obtain a Lein Release letter. Despite assurances, the process has been frustratingly slow. Initially informed it would take 30 days due to a closed account, the car was already paid off in November [redacted]. After no letter by July 12, I discovered the department only operates two days a week but promised to expedite, yet it still didn't arrive. Following up on August 2, I was informed it was mailed July 12, but after contacting yet again on August 4, I learned it was faxed on August 3, which I never received. While they cannot resend the fax, a hard copy is supposedly on its way. Dealing with this company has been challenging, and I am unsure how to proceed to actually receive the letter I need.

This is the second time I've tried to contact someone, and neither of the phone numbers provided is working. I need to pay my car loan, and I refuse to be charged late fees as this situation is not my fault. Last time, I called TD Auto Finance Canada to connect me to the U.S. number, but now I am unable to get through. Please resolve this problem by providing a functional phone number for customers to make their payments.

I regret to inform you that I missed two payments unintentionally. My husband has been ill with COVID, and as a contractor, he does not receive payment if he is unable to work. With accumulating utility bills, we fear disconnection. Financially, we are struggling and need a bit more time to catch up; I am committed to paying what I owe. I mentioned previously that I expect a work bonus on March 25th, which will enable me to clear both missed payments. We are enduring a challenging period and aiming to maintain regular payments until my husband can work again. I am having trouble reaching TD Auto Finance through their customer service number. Every call attempt results in disconnection, despite trying from different phone lines. This unsettling experience, combined with the lack of alternative contact methods, raises doubts about the legitimacy of the company. My dealership recommended them, yet I am now facing payment delays due to the inability to communicate. Although I mailed a check to the provided address, the inability to contact them directly is concerning. This customer service issue is truly perplexing and causes me significant worry.

I recently made an online car payment to TD Auto Finance along with two other payments to different entities. Due to a recent storm, we lost our wifi connection, resulting in no phone service. Although I believed the payment had gone through, I received an email stating it was late. Only one of the payments on 7/4/23 was successful. I usually make timely payments and will attempt to make the payment again tomorrow from a different location. I want to clarify that this delay was not intentional. Our town has been experiencing internet problems for almost three weeks now, which has caused me to miss these payments and potentially incur late fees. I hope to resolve this soon as I rely on internet for all my payments. Unfortunately, I've been unable to reach out via phone due to the automated system not capturing my voice. I am frustrated by the situation as I aim to avoid late fees and negative marks on my credit history caused by these internet issues.

Hello, I'm Alex Thorpe. Our truck was repossessed in July, and after reclaiming it and paying nearly $[redacted] in fees, I inquired about the excessive amount.
