I am enclosing our boarding passes and luggage passes for your review. Unfortunately, our baggage did not arrive at Frankfurt airport, leaving us uncertain about its delivery time. Our entire family's baggage is missing, and we urgently need to talk to a representative. We've been traveling for over 26 hours due to being rerouted twice. Our original journey from Miami to Lisbon on June 30 at 4:40 pm was supposed to continue to Malaga on July 1 at 7:30 am. We were told our bags would reach our final destination without us needing to collect them. However, we were rerouted to Madrid and then to Malaga on AirEuropa, who claim they never had our luggage. This is extremely distressing as our bags contain life-saving medication. We are not receiving clear information when we try to contact someone; they either disconnect the call or say it's not their responsibility. The situation is dire, and we need immediate assistance.

I do not understand your refund receipt. I am waiting for a full refund of my ticket totaling [redacted] euros. I have filed a complaint with the company. I am a TV channel director. If you continue with poor service, I will negatively impact your company. I have recorded unhappy customers and will broadcast it on my channel and other French TV channels. Our flight from Lisbon to Boston had to make an emergency landing in Lajes. This has caused a delay of at least 7 hours for our arrival in Boston. Unfortunately, we will miss our connecting flight to Cleveland. The airline has been accommodating with this change, but I now need to rearrange my pet care, airport transportation, and work schedule due to the extended delay. My companion and I are seeking refunds as the delay exceeds 3 hours from our original itinerary.

On July 17th, after flight TP1334 from OPO to LGW, both of our bags did not arrive. TAP's baggage handling team confirmed that the bags were still at OPO. They assured us that the bags would be sent to our address the next day. Due to medical supplies in one of the bags, it's crucial that we locate it promptly. Unfortunately, it has been impossible to reach TAP as their LGW phone is not functional. The bag tickets are held by the Norse agent at the South Terminal desk. The only reference we have is LGWTP12789. Although the bags were labeled with the name MCLAUCHLAN, the iPhone message we received strangely referred to the name DIXON.

Since yesterday, 17/07/23, the issue regarding missing bags on TP1334 OPO-LGW South Terminal has not been resolved. Norwegian, who handles baggage for TAP, was informed, and the desk attendant at LGW South Terminal retained the bag tags. The name and address matched, and contact details were provided along with a photo of the bags. I was assured the bags would be sent that evening but have been unable to contact TAP. Unfortunately, the phone is not working, and I do not have a booking reference as Saga, the package tour operator, made the booking. The bags contain essential medical items, and time is of the essence. As an 87-year-old veteran, I am unsure how to proceed with this situation.

I had to cancel my TAP flight due to health issues and submitted a doctor's statement. However, as of today, I have not received a full refund for my ticket. I am struggling to understand why I have not been refunded the full amount and am unable to speak to anyone or a supervisor in the refund department.
I am requesting a supervisor from TAP to contact me or to refund my ticket in full. According to Reservations, TAP only refunded $85.55 for a $1,[redacted] plane ticket, which seems inadequate.

I am reaching out following multiple unsuccessful attempts for resolution. On January 17, I flew from Italy to Boston with a layover in Lisbon. Unfortunately, the layover turned into an unexpected ordeal when my boyfriend and I were unjustly detained in Portugal without clear explanation. Despite having all the necessary documentation for our vaccinations, we were met with unprofessionalism and disrespect from airport staff. They ridiculed us, spoke in a language we didn't understand, and failed to provide assistance.
Feeling helpless, I approached a police officer, hoping for support, only to be further disappointed by the lack of intervention. Our luggage was withheld overnight, and belongings went missing. Despite reporting the theft, we were met with indifference. This situation caused us to incur additional expenses and miss significant obligations.
Despite numerous attempts to seek redress through calls and emails, we have yet to receive a satisfactory response. I sincerely hope for a resolution to this distressing experience.

I traveled with TAP to Zurich, Switzerland on July 29th, and unfortunately, upon arrival at Zurich Airport, I was informed that my baggage did not arrive with me. I am scheduled to depart from Zurich Switzerland tomorrow, and I have not yet been reunited with my baggage. I am eager to know the updated timeline for when I can expect to receive my baggage today. According to the lost and found department, this matter was initially supposed to be resolved within one day, and we are now two days in without any progress. It is crucial for me to have my baggage as it contains my medications that I require for my journey to my next destination.

Upon my arrival at Newark Airport, I reported my missing baggage filed under EWRTP26069 with the bag tag number TP466101. I traveled from Malaga to Lisbon on TP1135 (08 August) and then from Lisbon to Newark on TP207 (08 August). Upon landing, my baggage was nowhere to be found. I was informed via email two days ago that efforts are being made to locate it, but I am still lacking crucial details such as its current location or an estimated timeframe for its recovery. Our luggage did not arrive at Orly with us on TAP flight TP434 from Lisbon to Paris. The Orly Baggage Service informed us that it arrived on TAP flight TP [redacted] the same day. However, to date, the luggage has not been transferred by TAP to the Orly Baggage Service to be sent to our home. We are requesting TAP to transfer our luggage (EASTPAK Gray bag). In December [redacted], my husband booked two trips to Barcelona for June [redacted]. Due to the pandemic, our flight was canceled, and although we requested a cash refund, TAP only provided vouchers. These vouchers were extended until April 5, [redacted]. Because of health issues, we were unable to use them, and now we are planning a trip in June [redacted]. However, when I contacted customer service to ask for an extension, I was informed it's not possible. Requested to speak to a supervisor, but none were available. Visiting flytrap.com provided no resolution. Currently, TAP holds $[redacted] of our money. We are seeking either a cash refund or an extension of the vouchers.

My husband and I flew from Miami to Lisbon on September 6th and then to Nice on the 7th with TAP business class. Unfortunately, our two bags did not arrive with us in Nice. We later discovered that one of the bags was mistakenly delivered to a hotel in St. Tropez on September 8th. While my husband's bag has made its way home to Miami, the second bag is still missing.
Our initial claim was NCETP23899 under the name SCHENCK. I am reaching out to TAP AIRLINES in the hopes of locating the lost bag.

On 9/27/[redacted], our flight from Lisbon to Las Vegas with Air Canada (reservation number MI79HO for Amelia Reiter and Judith Joe) was canceled. We were rebooked by Air Canada to fly with TAP from Lisbon to Washington DC on flight [redacted], and then with United from Washington to Las Vegas. During check-in with TAP, we were charged $[redacted].62 per bag instead of the expected $[redacted]. Additionally, one of our tickets, under confirmation number R39VTQ, was issued as a paper ticket by TAP, causing issues that prevented us from boarding. Despite efforts to rectify the situation, the plane had to depart before the ticketing error was corrected. The United Customer service team was able to resolve the issue 15 minutes after the plane left. We are seeking refunds for the baggage fees and the cost of a hotel room in Washington ($[redacted].51) incurred due to the ticketing error that initially prevented us from flying.

I encountered payment issues while trying to add checked luggage online for my flight. Despite several attempts on the app and website, the payment would not process, leading me to pay a higher fee at the check-in counter. The flight itself was pleasant, despite a slight delay. However, upon arrival in Prague, I discovered one of my checked bags had been mishandled, resulting in damage to a $90 kitchen appliance inside.

I flew TAP Air Portugal from Boston to Lisbon, Lisbon to Seville, Spain, Seville, Spain back to Lisbon, and finally from Lisbon to Boston. During boarding, passengers had their luggage checked and weighed at the gate, where many of us were informed of exceeding weight limits. Despite not purchasing anything in Lisbon, I was charged $[redacted].00 for going 2 kilos over. While I found details on luggage size restrictions, weight limits were not clearly stated on the website. This issue occurred only on the return flight. I question why this was not enforced on my prior TAP Air Portugal flights. Reviews suggest similar experiences, with weight now being used as an unexpected excuse. During flight TP215 from Lisbon to Boston, the boarding gate staff behaved disrespectfully to all passengers. Also, on my flight from Seville to Lisbon, I noticed a pressurization problem near my seat, 13E, but received no feedback on its resolution. I hope for an immediate refund of the $[redacted].00 Euro charge and an explanation for the weight discrepancy. Cameron W.

They are believed to have my forgotten cell phone from the plane, and despite my efforts to locate it and the advice to contact them, I have been unsuccessful in obtaining their details through different avenues and departments.
