I purchased a diamond ring on the Sears Marketplace which was fulfilled by Szul. I received an order confirmation with number #[redacted]29 and a pre-shipment notification via USPS on Nov. 27. The tracking number provided was 9[redacted] 0[redacted] [redacted] 34, but the package was expected to be delivered on Dec. 6 has not arrived. My attempts to track the package have not been successful. I only found one pre-shipment notification on Nov. 27. I am concerned about the whereabouts of the ring and the reason for the delay in delivery. If the package is lost or stolen, I hope it will be replaced since the payment has already been processed.
