I dislike companies that lack phone customer service. It makes us consumers feel undervalued since we can't easily resolve issues by speaking to a human. In my recent order (#SE:[redacted] on 10/18/18), I mistakenly chose antique pewter instead of satin nickel for the door knobs I needed. I've ordered from this company multiple times, but this mix-up happened. I prefer resolving issues quickly by talking to someone rather than waiting days for an email response. It seems many companies are removing the human touch from shopping, which diminishes the overall experience. I don't check my email often, so prompt phone support matters a lot to me.
