My order was scheduled for December 4th, but it actually arrived yesterday. I was unaware of this until now when I checked my front porch and found it there. Upon reviewing my security cameras, I saw that it was delivered a day earlier without any notification. The butter toffee in my order is marked as perishable and requires refrigeration right away. I am requesting a refund for this inconvenience because if I had known it was delivered yesterday, I would have retrieved it promptly. Unfortunately, it has been outside in the warm Oklahoma weather. Please process the refund and provide a return label.

I need assistance with my order number [redacted]5. Originally, it was agreed with the sales representative that the items would be delivered on Saturday, December 14. However, tracking information now shows a delivery date of December 7. I have been attempting to call all morning, but have been unable to get through due to high call volumes. If the items arrive on December 7, I will have to return them as the agreed delivery date was different. I will not accept any charges as this deviates from our sales agreement. It is essential that this issue is resolved promptly. I urge you to contact me directly to address this situation. I have not been satisfied with the customer service provided so far. Please note that I prefer a phone call over an email response. If I do not receive a call back today, I will have to cancel my order.

I placed an order two weeks ago. Part of the shipment made it to Baltimore, Maryland, but the packages for my Cumberland, Maryland [redacted] address have not arrived. I don't have the order number, but my account number is o[redacted] 40 under James B. King at [redacted] Michigan Avenue, Cumberland, Maryland [redacted]. I've been a customer for 30 years. I need to know if my Cumberland package is on the way. The order included two Choco Mice, a Tourte, and other items. Please assist me.

I was asked by Swiss Colony to review the Christmas tin of snack items I ordered in December. I wrote a review a week after receiving it but never heard back. I'm responding now to the response I got yesterday on another review I wrote Sunday. The tin included a mix of items like pretzels, cracker chips, mixed snacks, caramel corn, and stale cream-colored candy, which I ended up throwing away. Unfortunately, I didn't even mention the tin to my family. The tin itself is pretty and useful for storing craft items, but it was ultimately an expensive waste of money.

I have been attempting to contact someone since 2:00 PM EST today. The phone system is working poorly, and it has been frustrating.
